Possibly one of those busiest Wendy's I've been at, but the staff is great at getting you in and out. And they still keep everything nice and clean. That's a big plus with me.
I love the biggie bag option, especially in this time of not enough money in our pockets. It's a great value so I recommend looking at it. One of my favorite fast food joints
First time back in this restaurant in a few years. Wow! The renovations are very nice. I was dreading coming and was pleasantly surprised.
This restaurant and the one on Highlands rd. (37b) are the nicest in the Lakeland area. I will be a customer again.
Also, they were military friendly.
Atmosphere could have been a little brighter in the lighting.
Altogether a 👍
This location is the best in Lakeland. The girl (reddish hair) always is the friendliest. Chili will hit the spot, plus love the salads for lunch at work. Pumpkin Frosty is the absolute best flavored pumpkin thingy. Everything tastes very fresh .
If you go in with an attitude of humility and patience, you'll have an amazing time even at the drive-through. They can be a very good group of people. Also, my regards to the lady from NY! If you know, then you know 😉
The Socrum Loop location in Lakeland
has an excellent manager and staff.
The drive through is streamlined to move customers in a quick efficient way, Their food is served hot and fresh, with a wait in line time of less than 5-10 minutes even in the rush hours! The staff is always courteous & professional
This counts a lot for Seniors! 10+ rating!
The lady @ the front took our order & she was very polite, friendly...... our order was correct we dined in the place was very clean. A elder lady also informed us that on the recipt we can do a survey shes was friendly and helpful for our dine in. She was also stocking & doing her job with the dine in.... utensils, lids, napkins, cleaning, wiping down tables.... ect overall we had a great experience.
Pretty good! Fries were just the right amount of crispiness and the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. Hubby and I grabbed the 4 for 4 meals. You can't beat that deal...seriously, our total was $8 and change. Great price and Delicious!

Take note from Wendy's on Socrum.. they have 2 individuals daily with tablets taking orders before you reach the drive thru speaker.
Never a wait. Amazing service.
Add some cones around the drive thru. Literally people almost fistfighting because people cut the line.
I went through the to takeout window But the lady was very pleasant smiled and was all & all very nice! Food was hot the only thing is 3 people and we didn't get out rages but it was an easy $30+ for us three and one of us got a $5.00 goody bag alittle pricey but it was hot food and they were nice still$$$
Great customer service but sometimes it gets you order wrong
Went through drive thru and they forgot my condiments and a straw for my drink. Didn't turn around just kept going. Not sure how hard it is to forget a STRAW
The food is good but service is so slow
I like Wendy's food and vibes; compared to their competitors; McDonald's & BK mainly..
This location gives you the vibes of classical High-Mid atmosphere, rather than a fast food chain; which makes the experience of eating burgers on a new lvl
