It was so good to me honey it maid me feel like I was back home
Spent $30.00 on dinner this afternoon. I paid for it, and had to wait for them to cook 3 tenders and the okra. Had additional time to wait for them to get the order together. A longer wait... They had issues trying to figure out how much change they were to give back to me. The cashier had entered the incorrect amount I provided to him for the order and (3 people) couldn't figure it out on their own. I asked the expeditor did he remember to include the coleslaw and he stated it was in the box with the tenders. The coleslaw and tenders were for my 83 year old mother. When I got back home to my mom, and went to prepare her plate, no coleslaw, no tenders in the bag. I was unable to go back to church's because my mom cannot be left alone. No at all. When I saw the shortage , I made multiple attempts to reach church's, and no one picked up the phone.
What has happened with the place? The food and service was unacceptable. Highly disappointed.
This place is top notch. Seriously underrated quality of the food is always on point always quality customer service. They were even nice enough to accommodate an eight piece all thighs Oh, and I canβt forget about those fresh honey butter biscuits woo dang ππ»ππ»ππ»
Chicken was fresh and hot and the wait time was not long. I would say itβs great quick bite to eat place
The food was very good and hot. The staff was on point at their job. Working very hard to serve the customers and get them in and out. I was very pleased with the freshness of the food. Thank you Church's..

Very friendly crew and Super helpful. They were out of a lot of stuff. They made up for it in customer service. I will definitely return.
We ordered a three piece fried chicken meal and a chicken sandwich. The chicken was crunchy, hot and flavorful. The breast on the chicken was extremely small however so, it was mostly dark meat which we did not care for. The chicken sandwich was very good, taste similar to the famous Popeye sandwich. The fries were like warm crinkle cut but, were still pretty good. And lastly the honey biscuit were warm.and crunchy and soaked in honey butter. We did like them but I prefer kfc biscuits where you can add your own butter and honey. Overall food was good. The lady at the counter was wonderful and gave great customer service. Would I go back? Maybe, I would choose Popeyes over them anytime.

I don't know what this establishment did but the chicken is so tasty and fresh. I'm glad the pieces are nolonger humongous. However the service and the food is good. so good i went there 3 days in a roll keep up the work . Please paint the interior and wear gloves and we'll be good to go .I don't mind the long wait for food ..it's

In my opinion the spicy chicken was fried very hard. It looked like it was beginning to burn before they took it out the hot oil. Some of the pieces were still pink inside. For the seasoned rice it was hard like not cooked all the way. I spent $24.00 and wound up throwing it away. I've been eating there on and off since 1997 when I moved to Florida. The gentleman (Hispanic) has great customer service skills. The staff in the kitchen didn't seem to helpful as he was trying to help with questions that prior customers were asking.
Unbeatable Value. Fresh Fried Chicken (16pc) 3 large sides (your choice) and 6 honey glazed biscuits for the everyday low price of $23.00.. only $20.00 without biscuits but the biscuits are a definite must have!! I travel pass 2 famous chicken restaurants in order to bring this meal to my family. We love the the food, the value and the staff are Always Super Friendly!
It was a little dirty inside and they do not have a dining room, but the food was great and the customer service was excellent. After I got my order, I decided I wanted to add a 4 pc order of Jalapeno Poppers. There were other people at the counter ordering at this point, so they could've made me wait for my poppers until they had the other orders ready, but they got them done for me ASAP. It was appreciated.
