I just went through the drive through and what a surprise, fast and friendly service .Tyshundria was very pleasant and had a smile on her face. It seems like she was enjoying her job. Something you don’t see nowadays with customer service. Great job. Give her a raise.
Every part of my stop was fantastic. I was greeted by Destiny. She took my order, suggested an upside, and even brought my food out to my table. Hardee's was my first job and it's nice to see that not much has changed as far as quality and service. As someone who has worked many years in management
I like ordering the sausage gravy and biscuit breakfast with bacon. On my last visit 7/2 the drive thru girl ordered 2 sausage sandwiches meals, not what my husband told her. Hardee’s in Lakeland had wonderful service, I went through the drive thru and John( employee) was very patient with me when I was a little decisive on my order. He mad change he’s immediately with a smile on his face. He/team also delivered a wonderful fresh meal. Thank you Hardee’s.
Had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit thru the drive thru. people were nice food was hot and good.

My experience this morning was amazing we stopped going for a while since they took the breakfast bowl away but ms destiny made it happen this morning she was wonderful I really do appreciate it the service there this time was amazing as well definitely has gotten better
Came in Saturday morning for a late breakfast this is the best crew ever the manager got this rush moving none of them skipped a beat. Best service ever from this chain.. Great job manager and crew.
Place is always clean. Staff is very friendly, attentive, and respectful. I always enjoy the food and it comes out hot.

Manager on duty publicly told off a staff member in front of customers. Understand the need to correct staff but humiliation is not the way.
