We love it me and my granddaughters got our food fast it was good it was hot waitress was very nice she was the only one working in the dining room but she got the food out fast was very polite to the customers

I ordered at like 8 pm tonight for myself and my husband and went to pick up. They had one guy working when I got there. The order was complete and correct, and I wished I had more cash to tip the dude higher.
I had not eaten at a Steak 'n Shake in a long time. They do make a decent burger. It is different in that it is very thin, however, the flavor is so good.
I had a double with cheese and a chocolate milkshake.
The building is ancient, but the food is good.
Only two employees were working because someone called out. Kudos to the two young men who ran it like troopers. They shared the job of taking orders cooking the orders. And bringing them to your car. Had to close the dining area for security reasons and lack of staff. But those two did that. They were awesome. I didnt get their names. They were tired it showed on their. Faces but , they kept going..GREAT WORK ETHICS, TEAM WORK.!!! GOD BLESS THEM
I really enjoyed my burger, fries, and strawberry shake. The burger was very tasty and came with sautéed onions, which were delicious. The burger was somewhat greasy, which added to the great taste, but not something I would eat every day. The fries were good, but nothing extra. The shake was good too, and a bit thinner than what I'm used too, but that was fine. The best part was the low price. Overall, a nice lunch.
Good burgers and shakes. I've never seen anyone go in, I think they're drive through only.
My daughter got me her friend and her lunch even got shakes there 4 meals did go up to 4.99 now
I've been going to this Steak N Shake for over 45 years and have never been disappoint! You can't say that about most places. Love the jalapeno vinegar you can sprinkle on your fries and the best milkshakes in town!!!
I would rate this crew .. they were very polite.. the place is old, but the food is cooked well.
I like the new kiosk system. It's easy to navigate and you can pay cash or card. The restaurant was clean and they keep up on the tables. Everyone was helpful when we asked for extra things. The classic single steakburger is still good. Fries were a little soggy but still good. Always remember the cheese for the fries. It makes them better. We got 3 regular and 1 junior milkshakes. They were all good. Definitely try them again if you haven't been in awhile.
