The drive thru staff are some of the nicest people that I have dealt with in the fast food industry. They all seem very happy at their jobs.
The customer service is the best have I seen in awhile at any fast food restraunt. The food was very delicious. The drive thru associate was very friendly and made sure I got the correct all natural lemonade last night.
First experience at this Wendy's normally I'm disappointed at other locations but this one is a bright and fresh surprise I ordered two salads and this location had the greenest and freshest salad that I've ever seen the staff was amazingly friendly super courteous and very attentive I would definitely go to this location. My order was about $15 and it was worth every penny
Food is always fresh, staff friendly, and the occasional long line still goes quick.
This Wendy's is the best in town. They always get my order correct. The food is always good. The staff is always friendly and seem to actually enjoy their job. It is usually busy but I'd rather wait for this store than go to another one. I know it'll be good and fresh. This might not be the best neighborhood but that doesn't mean the food is sketchy.
I honestly came to just snack, but I was pleased to know they had Frostys available as I had been wanting to try the new strawberry one for a while with some French fries, which were absolutely fresh. According to what my best friend mentioned, they have good customer service & I can this location seem to a favorite for Lakeland as their drive-through had a long line. The great thing is going inside delivered prompt service. Also I tried it out another location, but outside of fresh fries with a Strawberry Frosty I highly recommend their new chicken & strawberry salad with Champagne 🍾 dressing! As well as their Chilli over their Sour cream & Chives Baked potato.

I worked here when I was 17 for 5 years in Puerto Rico and now 35 in Florida, USA and it tastes the same. I mean, really good still
They have gotten a lot better at this facility. Very nice people working at the drive through window.
