Me and my daughter and I both got ill after eating. There was something wrong with the cooler as I noticed that their meat was on top of the cooler. I thought that they were just cleaning the inside, but that was not the case. Terrible!
I heard a single hello when we walked through the door. Five or more employees and each one was in a positive attitude. Since I was wearing my 49ers hat, they called me Niner! Wife ordered the #7 Turkey on rosemary bread. I did the Big Kahana #55 chicken on rosemary bread.
Both sandwiches were done with excellent portions to make flavor awesome.

No napkins again! Every time!! So aggravating. The food is always good but I wonder how hard it is to implement a process where napkins get added as the sandwich is being bagged. UPDATE: Ordered at the end of last week and there were napkins in the bag. Woo hoo! Add one star!!
I normally would have gave five stars on the food that's if they get the order correct more times I have ordered in the maker does not make it correctly they're not reading the tags if you add something or have something taken off of one of the the numbered combo meals they're not reading that for an example if you order a Big Kahuna with no jalapenos they don't look at the know jalapenos and they'll make it as it is on their board. But the manager was good about getting a new one made and back at me but the whole point is that's another trip in the car back to the restaurant wasted gas when they need to make it right the first time don't nobody want to drive across town to go back and get your meal corrected.
I ordered through door dash to get food delivered to my place of work and when the food got here it was minus on sub. The manager was aware what kind of sub it was and I could here her in the back ground that it got put in the wrong bag. I called the store and they proceeded to tell me that I could get my name in the books so when I visit the store I can get a sub. The whole reason for getting a delivery order was to have it delivered, Lord know you get charged enough. I began my rant on how it should be delivered and kept getting shut down for their mistake. They said to call door dash to have the fee taken off but it wasn't door dashes fault they did not make the mistake. They do not make THEIR mistakes right. This place has poor customer service and will not order from them again.
It has been awhile since I have been to this Jersey Mike's and I wasn't disappointed. It was awesome. The girls that was working there very polite and friendly. I only go to Jersey Mike's or Publix for a sub nobody can compete. I just wish I had remembered March 31st so they could collect more for the charity. Everyone needs to go to a Jersey Mike's, you won't be disappointed.
Jersey mikes has great subs but the service, like any other restaurant, varies greatly.
This place is an exceptionally positive anomaly. Everybody here seemed upbeat and happy to be at work. Very warm, good vibes.
Managers pay close mind to all three employees working 2/18 @6 pm.
Ordering was annoying when there was a customer on his cell phone talking loud and on speaker. He was pacing inside by the front window, being very animated with his hands. Not the stores fault. But he should have been asked to step outside to complete his disruptive conversation.
Very good and very filling for the calories. I got a sub on a boat Mikes way. It was perfect for my eating preferences. I just don’t like the line thing.
