Great place for a nice breakfast. I'm a newly US citizen but this place gave me the feelings of the classic and old American days where I used to see in the movies. Really cozy and nice. Had the California omelette and it was great. Thank you for the great experience.

When there for biscuits and gravy the other morning. Had very high expectations and was let down. The biscuits were more like big dinner rolls. We the gravy had no flavor let alone sausage very little sausage in it. Biscuits and gravy is a country staple and I expected so much more from a restaurant right across the rodeo grounds for sure.

When you enter you get a feeling of a yesteryear place and you get a nostalgic feel. <br/>Omlette are good with the hash browns and the portions are rather big for a person to complete. All in all a good place for breakfast. <br/>

I stopped here for brunch this morning after a couple telecons. I picked it by… driving by. I recognized the road that Cafe 67 is on as it is the turnoff for getting to the trailhead for the El Cajon Mountain hike that I have been trying to accomplish for *four* years. Ah, well. I got here around 1015, and left around 1045. The place was nearly empty when I got there, and when I arrived. I ordered a big breakfast of french toast, a couple eggs over easy, bacon (two slices) with a full side of bacon (four slices), and a half order of biscuits and gravy. The french toast was made from thick bread (Texas-toast sized). It was good, but was lacking… something. I think it needed some cinnamon or nutmeg. The bacon was pretty much perfect, along with the eggs. The biscuits and gravy… I loved the biscuits. I should have had them with butter and jam. The gravy was not bad, but it was odd. They sprinkled it with parsley (I think) and a reddish spice. It had little flavor regardless. Overall, the
