Review Jack In The Box - Lakeside

The last few months have been tough at this location. Waiting way too long to order even after you reach the intercom. It's getting better again so i have to keep all these stars. We all have our rough moments.

Just want to stop in and say after eating a jumbo jack with cheese from this location I've been vomiting it up for hours after eating it. Not sure what was bad on the burger but it made me very sick. :(

When the line gets a little bit long they try to act like they are In and Out and have someone on foot come out and take the orders. I hate that! I actually want to look at the giant glowing menu so I can think about what I want. I don't plan on taking a long time looking at it but I'd like to see it nonetheless. They have the little flip paper menu that is so tiny you can barely see it and it's fairly tattered. Guys you're not In and Out. Also In and Out has an extremely limited menu so you usually know what you want when you pull up.

Probably the best mini churros I’ve ever had a jack inn the box, seriously heated to just the right temp, wish they were closer to me, I’d have them more often

I went into the jack in the box and I waited for 10 minutes and not one person came to ask for my order. So I left jack in the box and went across the street to Arby's reastreunt and as soon as I got inside and was greeted avery well. This jack in the box is in lakeside california.

My husband just went here at 3:10am and ordered a chicken sandwich, overload cake and a breakfast croissant sausage sandwich. The chicken was hard and over fried, and the croissant was hard as rock. We couldn't even eat it... At least the overload cake was good still...

This Jack in the Box is right by my house and I go to it a lot but I'm going to stop. They always get the order wrong in some way. It doesnt matter if I go at night or during the day, when its slow or busy. The size is wrong or they give the wrong food or they dont give curly fries when it's even shown on the screen. I'm just tired of giving them the benefit of the doubt or letting it go. Unfortunately today was the breaking point because they got 2 things wrong for my order. I'll try them again in a couple months and see if its better

Update 2022-07-10 while type 5 is weak, it is spreading so fast that I'm surprised no one is wearing masks anymore. At least their food is still of high quality & I really like their new grilled chicken sandwich! Update- 2021-09-11 their outside order taker told me that even tho they are supposed to wear face masks, it is perfectly all right to only cover his neck & NOT cover either his nose or mouth!!! This from someone who leans INTO my car to speack to me! Disgusting! Maybe if he stood back the recommended 6' feet... but NOT breathing on me from less than 2'! (see my photo of his improper mask wearing today) 2021-01 For years I've really liked their food! Much better than the blah McD's stuff and better value than the other fast food places.
