Review Little Caesars - Lakeside

Sam the manager was terrible and rude to me! I called in an order a woman took it, I gave her my name like she asked. I sent my husband in to pick up the order… THEY gave him the wrong order. So I called and asked them to make it right he told me “it’s your fault your husband took the wrong order” um so rude! Terrible customer service! I got 2 cheese pizzas for 37 dollars🤦🏼‍♀️ He refused to make it right without the receipt THEY never gave my husband! Never going there again!!!

Ordered online, went in a few minutes earlier than what the email receipt said, pizza was already ready in the pizza portal. Quick and easy. Didn't even have to talk to anyone, how I like it haha. So the food was nice and hot and made correctly. No complaints at all

Great prices! Deep dish pizzas are very filling. They put a good amount of toppings. I like using the pizza portal!

A few years ago this Little Caesars used to be a pretty decent place to get a budget Pizza. the last several times I've gone there the pizza was like soup.... me not learning my lesson, I would then order my pizza well done... the person that took my order clearly heard me say Well done... and he said it would be 15 minutes.... I asked him to repeat the order and then he said 10 minutes... so it went from well done to not really well done at all.. the order was like soup still..... if you like your pizza so that when you bite into it the cheese and the sauce and whatever pepperoni toppings you have on it slide right off of a crust in one piece then this place is for you.... the place looks clean inside at first glance . I'll just say that I will not be eating at this Little Caesars anymore I've given them to many chances and I always get a box full of soup even if I ask for it well done.. they seem to do just the minimum they have to to get by....im being conservative.

Horrible customer service. The "man" who helped me was so rude. I asked for a cheese pizza and he responded in a very hostile manner " we don't have any". I asked could they make one and I'd wait and he acted like I was asking for his first born child, like it was such an inconvenience. Had my money thrown on the counter instead of handing to me. Stay away from this place, they do not appreciate your business!

Friendly customer service and fast delicious Pizzas

Pizza is good for the price. they forgot about my order for the second time in a row and it is frustrating watching 5 people get their order that came after you. Insane amounts of door dash and online ordering makes for a more confused situation, but would of been nice to have someone offer to fix the problem, or offer me something for nextvtime for my time

Fast n ready w bread sticks. This particular trip was just ok. I get that a pizza there is value priced. This one was not friendly on toppings though. It was pepp (w cheese). Ive usu.had great pizzas there.so im just as happy with our ceasar pizza just fine. Thanks for keeping us fed at affordable prices.angieford.
