I am driving across the country zig zagging the USA from Massachusetts. I went to Glacier Perks Coffee for lunch with a friend and it was the best place I have gone out to eat so far on this adventure.
Not only is the food so fresh, and so delicious but the owners and staff are so friendly, and they make you feel really welcome.
I would absolutely come back here and I would recommend anybody to get food here. It will be one on the best choices you have ever made.
Bar none, the scones are the best we have experienced anywhere in the country. Light, moist, flavorful. I would kill for the recipe!! Fabulous coffee and pastries in this small shop in Lakeside. GO!! And the owners are super nice also.
Loved the atmosphere, the scones and the cappuccino. The staff were friendly, the decor is all MT, and the atmosphere was peaceful. It’s my new coffee joint away from Kalispell.

We experienced the friendliest service and tastiest food at Glacier Perks Coffee House. The shakes were out of this world! We also very much liked the cinnamon bun we ordered. It's huge and delicious!! Their quiche and breakfast bowl were filling and soooo good. (We spent a long time there waiting for family members who were diving in Flathead Lake.) We will definitely return the next time we vacation in the area!
I love Glacier Perks. They have delicious baked goods, breakfast bowls, sandwiches, and some of the best soup I've ever had!!! The owners and staff are welcoming, friendly, and incredibly supportive of the Lakeside community �

Oh the goodies that come from this little kitchen in Montana..They make it a bit hard to resist the temptations of the goodies they create..Now the day to day fare is mighty fine and you will find some original soups made from scratch which is a bonus if your like us and hate the normal out of a can many places try to feed you.. But we want to remind people that you can do custom ordered bakery goodies that are simply put amazing!!! The gluten free goodies like cheesecakes and chocolate souffle somethings we have enjoyed are just wow roll your eyes back and hang out your tongue amazing..Now if you ask our other half he has ordered entire pans of what he considers the World's greatest brownies as birthday cakes. As a chocolate fan James, is known for running in and cleaning out the case when the espresso chocolate ganache brownies when they have them..So a reminder if your entertaining and need a truly amazing dessert do not go with the norm when you can have spectacular from Glacier Perks!!!
We have traveled thousands of miles through 26 states in the last 18 months. This place is one of the rare gems that we have stumbled across in our travels. The best Lattes we have had in all of Montana! The BOATS sandwich with the homemade bread was to die for. The service was superb! Wish we were staying longer so we could become daily regulars! A must visit while in Lakeside!
Loved our experience here. Friendly staff, great food and my mom loved their Milky Way coffee with homemade caramel. Yum!

The scones made here are by far the best I have ever had. Flavours such as maple bourbon, peaches and cream and chocolate pear. The flavours change daily. The coffee is fantastic! All syrups are made in house. My personal fav is the caramel latte! Can't wait to go back. The staff are just as amazing as the food and drinks offered in this gem of a place.
Supporting a locally owned business is easy because they serve amazing food! Plus, Jeremiah and Ashley are wonderful people.
Great little place to find yourself at home in Lakeside!! Great coffee & pastry served with a warm and friendly smile....and while you're there, stay for the soup...it's always yummy!!

8/16/2021 - Excellent food and great place to recharge and replace calories after our many hikes (including a 23 mile day on the Highline trail) in Glacier Nat Park visit this past week. Take out only and eat at the nearby park close to the lake. The breakfast wrap, Avacado toast, huckleberry/lemon scone and Bumbleberry smoothie were delicious. Well done Glacier Peaks Coffee House!
Glacier Perks is by far the best coffee shop surrounding the Flathead. All there coffees are delicious, and if you're not into coffee their Chai Latte is out of this world tasty! They also have a nice little breakfast selection. There quiches are scrumptious and filling. If you have a sweet tooth though, you best get that berry scone. Make a pit stop in Lakeside and perk up here.
Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich--it was fantastic. I could tell that a lot of care was put into the food. The atmosphere was nice. I took my sandwich to go and ate it on the beach right next door.
Welcoming vibe to the shop and the food was really amazing. Fresh bread they bake themselves and the other ingredients seemed almost as fresh.
The art on the walls was complementary to the rest of the cafe and some were for sale. There are seats outside to enjoy the views of downtown Lakeside as well as inside.
I don't know how I missed this gem in all the years we've lived in the area (they've been here 7 years, apparently), but I'll definitely be back and give their coffee a try. :)
Coffee and sandwiches were delicious! Our server wasn’t very knowledgeable about coffee or the drinks, but she was nice. Would definitely go back!
