Review B-52 Burgers And Brew Lakeville - Lakeville

My buddy and I were searching for a sports bar that would have the Green Bay vs San Fran football game on big screen TV's. Despite the nasty snowy and cold weather, we found our football haven at the B-52's. Parking was on-street, as well as across the street in a municipal free lot, located in downtown Lakeville. Sports bar was loud with lots of football fans (cheering both sides), and a large selection of domestic tap and craft beers. Food was delicious, but slow in coming. I tried the PB and J burger, which was well-cooked, and delicious. But again, it was slow in coming. I was three beers in by the time it finally came. The environment of B-52's is classic "sports bar" with a central bar rail, lots of large screen TV's, and enormous glass garage doors to the outside world. I would imagine it would be spectacular during a beautiful spring night, but not tonight - the view was out to a cold, winter wonderland. Still, the interior was well laid out and offered table and booth seating. Great sports bar decor. I would have given the visit a 5-star if not for the shortage of wait and kitchen staff. It was pretty obvious on Saturday night during a big football game. Waitresses were super friendly and well educated on beer selection, but there just wasn't enough of them! Food ordered was slow in arriving, and the fries were cold. Of course, it's a sports bar, so.... I didn't complain. The beer was also cold LOL. But still, staff availability was an issue on this night. I didn't see a mask in sight, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Including us! Watching GB lose was difficult, but again, the beer was cold. I will go back to B-52's on a warm spring or summer night to see those glass garage doors opened. I can't wait!

One of the few places open on Easter so we stopped for lunch. Food was really good and our waitstaff was very nice. Big place inside with plenty of tables, a few booths and seating at the bar. This must be a great place on gameday as there are TV's everywhere. Glad we found it, would definitely stop again.

We went here for lunch. Great parking free lot. The service was awesome. We got a few burgers and Garlic fries... both were pretty good. I had the ricotta burger and my wife had the cheese burger Check it out.

The food and service was great! Definitely a good spot for happy hour when you leave early from work for a blizzard.

This place makes the best burger I've ever had in my 60+ yrs!! Great fries. The Tex Mex appetizers are fantastic! We appreciate that the history of this old building has been nicely incorporated into the dining experience. Excellent service too.

Very consistent and satisfying food and service. I've tried a number of the burgers, boneless wings, bacon wrapped cheese curds, hot chicken sandwich....and all have been delicious. Excellent stop in downtown Lakeville.

Good stuff on the menu, and very good drinks from a specific bartender. Very helpful and respectful staff by having close captioned on all TV screens and communicate well with us when they're having events or announcements going on. They have their best regular Deaf customer + friends posting this review. :)

Sorry.. but the burger itself just was not great. The toppings/ choices/ creations are incredible but the burger itself which is the foundation could be so much better. Still a great little place that seems of the beaten path. The atmosphere was inviting, had a gentleman there performing music waitress and hostess seemed uninterested and bothered but we all have our bad days 😀 place is doing something right though it seemed like they have been around for sometime. Still glad we checked it out though.
