Sawa Japan is a very enjoyable oriental restaurant to experience for the entire family. The food is second to none at reasonable prices and I can't say enough about the exceptional service that would other restaurants marvel. Congrats to all! Five stars across the board!! :)
My First Time Experience at Sawa Japan Steak House at Lakeville Minnesota My family ordered Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura, Steak Fried Rice, Filet Mignon and Hibachi Lobster and The Drinks we ordered were excellent. we'll Definitely come back again soon for Dinner. i highly recommended this Spectacular
Delicious rolls, friendly service. Definitely will be back. I want to try the hibachi sometime. We tried miso soup, age tofu, Lakeville roll, spider roll and philly roll. Mmm 😋

Just went back again tonight for Valentine's Day dinner-had hibachi shrimp and scallops with fried rice.
After a two month closure for renovations Sawa is back. Best sushi south of the river.
The whole ginger sauce prepared squid is excellent. Nice saki selection too.
The hibachi section is gone, but we never used it so no biggie for us.
The service was great, but the food... I wasnt impressed with the udon noodles. Super bland. Calamari appetizers were yummy, the mexican rolls were delicious, the fuji apple saki was great. I probably wouldn't return because kyoto has better pricing and all you can eat sushi.
Went for Hibachi but unfortunately they remodeled and removed the hibachi tables. You are still able to order these meals, however they will no longer be cooked in front of you. We instead ordered a sushi boat and it was very good. Waitress was very pleasant and overall experience was nice.
Great sushi! They recently removed their hibachi tables to make room for more dining space. Staff was friendly, place was clean, and the food was great! Great spot for sushi if you are in the Lakeville area. Would definitely come back!
Good food but not a lot of it. I had sushi recently at a place in St. Paul and another in Minnetonka so I was expecting similar portion sizes. My date and I were a bit surprised at how much smaller it was here for similar prices. May order again as it's convenient but unlikely.
