Ordered a 2 meal extra crispy received one piece of chicken had to go back the second piece of chicken had no meat on it this is the second time this has happened

We have not eaten KFC since prior to the Pandemic when the buffet was being served but the bucket dinner meal with 4 side tasted great đź‘Ť were able to order 1/2 regular and 1/2 extra crispy.
The coleslaw, potatoes gravy and biscuits were great.

We have always enjoyed this restaurant, but they have gotten the order wrong a few times. No big deal, we call them and they sorry, come in for the correct order. BUT not this time, manager was rude and said NOPE we got the order correct. Called me a name and hung up.

Being told that the chicken that they have to offer is 2 plus hours old and that’s all they are serving is gross. I can well before closing but that girl said it like it’s something she is use to. Rarely will you get fresh food but to be told ITS OLD it’s another level of I could careless. I drive off, Not okay!

If I could give the Lakeville MN site a zero, I would. After going through the drive-thru I realized half of my order was incorrect, I called hoping to get replacement meals only to be told that my order was right and customers aren’t always right. I told her, MARY the manager, AGAIN what I had ordered and she called me a lunatic for telling her it was incorrect. This was a very baffling, insulting, and the worst customer service I have encountered. I must say that I have been treated kindly by other employees prior to this. However, I will never go back to this location.

I ask for no ice in my drink and this lady hands me a large drink half full and tells me if there was ice it would be full……
On that alone this place gets a 1 star for rude customer service, food was good but my god what a way to ruin an experience

Great taste, but causes health problems in excess! And the chickens aren't ranged! But mesmerized by it's greasy goodness, I gave the Colonel my money. I feel bad.

I ordered online from work, when I saw how fast it would be ready (according to the website) I was worried that the food would be cold. It turned out that they had not even prepared my order until I got there. I ordered the 8 piece meal (variety) and got all dark meat which I didn’t find out until home. During the check out online it said I would be receiving a free order of fries which didn’t happen either. There were two orders of potatoes to which one order had gravy on them and the other was plain. Considering I had to go inside to pick up and stand there for 10 minutes without anyone telling me why much less a courtesy “sorry” I think I will go to Cub Foods and by my chicken. Sorry Harlan, these guys aren’t living up to your reputation.
