Review Mcdonald's - Lakeville

They open ON TIME so don't feel like you are going to have to give them a minute or two. They are speedy and very friendly. Haven't been here for lunch but have used the drive thru plenty of times. Always at 5 a.m. SHARP! Have a good one and enjoy your meal!

Very nice McDonald's. Clean and well kept up. Ordered at counter not kiosk. Food was served hot and delicious. The person who brought the food over was pleasant. Thank you for reopening the lobby to eat at.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE DRIVE THREW LADY I WANTED A SAUSAGE CHEESE MCMUFFIN SHE PROCEEDED TO ADD A SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE MCMUFFIN I TOLD HER NO EGG I WANTED IT TO BE A SAUSAGE CHEESE MCMUFFIN I SAID AT LEAST 5 TIMES I GET TO THE SECOND WINDOW AND ASK THE MANAGER IF THERE IS CHEESE ON THE SANDWICH HE SAID NO AND THEN PROCEEDED TO PUT THE CHEESE IN A 6 PIECE NUGGET BOX DIDN'T EVEN REMAKE MY ORDER TO HOW IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AND YES I DID SAY MANAGER!! WORST EXPERIENCE AT A MCDONALD’S IN MY WHOLE LIFE

Out of all the Mcdonalds that are open in the south metro, this Mcdonalds ranks number 1!! The food was top quality, put together beautifully, and the staff!! The staff were the friendliest I have ever had the experience of dealing with!! Its hard enough working fast food, but in addition they were dealing with a pandemic, among other things, and yet they not only paid attention to our order they did so with genuine friendly service!! As a customer I would vote this location to receive an award!! For reference, I live in Northfield, and I would drive the 25 minutes just to visit this location!! Well done!!

If I could give this McDonald’s -5 stars I would. Every time I come here (being it’s close to my house I wouldn’t come here on purpose) there is a different fiasco going on. The last 3 visits have been the worst fast food experience I have ever had. You can also search my name and this is the first review I have ever written as most of the time I let my experience roll off rather than trash a business. It takes a lot for me to want to leave a bad review but this place makes me wants to run my head into a wall.

Service at this location is poor, only to be matched by the attitude of the staff. I ordered via the mobile app, arrived and parked in spot 4. I sat there for 15-20 mins, then decided to go in. Upon walking in, I was not greeted and had to get someone's attention. As I explained my situation, 1 of the 2 young girls who were delivering food to people cars snipped “Well we have had a lot of cars.” and my reply was “Ya I have watched them arrive and leave in the time I was sitting out there!” She then proceeded to talk snippy under her breath. It was at this time a guy, I think he was the manager, came up and found out what order was mine and quickly said that they had to find more of the sauce that I requested. He then quickly finished assembling my order and handed it to me. I said thank you and he said nothing and quickly turned away. Much of my food was just sitting there for 15-20 mins. He looked stressed and hurried in his work so I just left. But he was doing the job of 3-4 people as others just stood around talking to each other and not working. Not once was someone polite. Not once did someone walk to my car and inform me of the status of my order. Not once was I thanked for my business. So I will take my business where it is appreciated. Had someone communicated with me or smiled at me or didn't have a snippy attitude with me, I would not be writing this review. I recommend that you also take your business to a McDonald's location that appreciates people for exchanging money for food and service. *Update* I sent a message to corporate and received a reply. In the reply I was told that my message was sent to the owner and I should expect to hear from them. I have heard nothing.

This location is about what you would expect at a McDonalds. The staff were not very friendly during our last few visits. There are also (almost always) one or two things mixed up with our orders. Never enough to make a huge difference but a little frustrating. The food tastes decent though! OK place to stop by if you are in the mood for a McDonalds burger and fries.

Got breakfast for the kids. Every single breakfast item was incorrect. Sausage egg McGriddles had no sausage and no egg! Seems like a tough job to work here but come on man!
