I would avoid this location if possible. Workers were very slow, and mostly understaffed. The manager is never there (while the poor team struggles with only a handful of workers). I went for an entree and 2 kids meals after the online ordering system was down (went through the whole process to tell me upon paying that it was not available at that location). Upon arriving, the line was out the door. When it was my turn, they filled my meat and rice/beans then left my meals to sit while stocking the entire toppings counter (4 minutes). When I paid, I was charged for guacamole that I did not receive. The organic drink station was empty and the cashier just shrugged and said “I guess it appears that way.” Then said they were out of kids chips. (There were 100 bags stacked behind her of regular size.) I asked if I could get one regular size instead of the two kids chips and she said they were for paying customers. (Am I not a paying customer?) After stating the place was messy, slow, out of drinks that I would order and not helpful to customers she tossed a bag in very rudely. When I arrived back home (5 min drive) my food was cold (from sitting so long on the counter during restock) and there were only 15 chips in the chip bag…. Glad I did not pay for them, that’s less than a kids chip bag!
I review it poorly due to the lack of management, uncleanliness, speed of workers, ease of ordering and unfriendliness by staff. Staff appears to need some training (from the manager that isn’t there) in working short handed. It is clear the customer is not valued at this location.

This is my second time ordering online at this location. Both times my order was less than satisfying. My first online order had the MOST cilantro, one person could ever bare, in the rice. Hoping this was mostly a fluke I ordered online again today for my lunch hour. I placed two orders. Ironically the second persons order always comes out just fine (besides the cilantro incident). My order is rather simple. Chicken and extra white rice. Nothing extra. Today it wasn’t even close. So I’m not sure if I just ended up with another persons order, or if, in fact, this was how my order was interpreted. Would not recommend for online ordering. The lines are long, when I have so little time to spend on my meals. It’s very unfortunate that I will have to write this location off of my list for the future.

Very unhygienic location. Do not eat queso if you do not eat meat… I found beef in queso.
Even the location was very unhygienic. I was surprised to see even after we are just coming out of pandemic there is no hygiene.

In the past few weeks, I've been unable to perform an online order due to this location being out of the most basic ingredients, like cheese. I understand supply chain impacts, but how can a stable item like cheese simply be unavailable? I would love to continue using this location, but until I can truly order my desired meal online, I'll have to go elsewhere.

We usually order through the mobile app so I can pick up our food on the way home from work, but even though we just hit the button to repeat our order every time, the food we get is just a little different every time. Always delicious, but very slow (usually 10-15 minutes late than the scheduled pickup time) and not consistent.

The condition of this location is not consistent with what I’ve come to expect at Chipotle. Maybe it’s a difference between CO and MN. The dining room was absolutely filthy and while I understand being busy, there’s just no excuse for every open table, the chairs and floor desperately needing attention. This Chipotle is apparently very poorly managed judging by other recent reviews as well.

I usually order from this place and did not had any issues before. But past few orders were all mess. I did not want to give a 1 star review but today my order was completely incorrect. Even the protein was wrong and I got the protein which I don't eat. Its not missing an item or two like usual, this time it was completely wrong order. Tried contacting chipotle but of no use.

I place an order online, got home to find one of the two meals I order was completely wrong. I went back to get it corrected, watch an employee handle his cell phone, than grab glove with out washing his hands. Touching the outside of gloves with dirty hand than putting said gloves is unsanitary. On top of they had music blaring you couldn’t hear the person at the cash register talking through their mask. There appears to be no one in charge. The first person we attempted to talk to looked at me like I grew a second head. Not a good experience.
