I ordered via the mobile app the Make it your Own Cravings Deal Box. The crunch wrap wasn't evenly distributed with the ingredients, but still good. I had to go back to the counter to ask for a new order if nacho chips since it was only half full upon receiving. The manager allowed me to keep the bag and gave me a full one as well. I wish staff would make sure things are full before handing out to the guest. None of items I requested as far as the two sauces were not included. What is the purpose of including on the app if the staff doesn't follow the instructions??

I went there and ordered a chill cheese burrito with extra cheese and received a burrito with only cheese. Worse it wasn't even melted. They offered me a free one but I live 30 minutes round-trip away so that really isn't worth it. Basically I bought the most expensive cheese roll up. Also, they weren't allowing anyone to take orders up at the front counter even though there were 4 people standing around taking in front of the counter.

I love my chili cheese burritos and I don't even live in the area. I live about an hour and a half away and I always come to this location for the chili cheese burritos. The staff is definitely friendly and the chili cheese burritos are the best! If you want my opinion, I think every person that makes chili cheese burritos for Taco Bell should go to this location and learn how to make their chili cheese burritos from this location and take it back to wherever it is that they work.

There's a guy who works drive thru on weekends with long brown hair in a ponytail. I always see him run his hands through his hair and doesn't wash his hands before giving you your food /wear gloves. He also got triggered when I came back and politely said my order was wrong, and the new food he gave me had the exact same error that I asked him to fix. This place has gone downhill FAST.

This is the worst taco bell, no, fast food place I've EVER ordered from. There were no utensils, no sauces, and no napkins with my order. The cashier was unprofessional and rude, as were the rest of the workers. I've worked at other taco bells and I am absolutely ashamed at what is going on at this store. This store needs a serious retraining.

I went through the drive thru, waited 20 minutes for a chili cheese burrito that had a smear of chili and a sprinkle of cheese. Unfortunately I would have brought it into the dining room and returned it but they only have drive through. The other Taco Bell in Lakeville off of hwy 50 is awesome; I’ve been going there for years and never had a problem. This is my first time thru the one in Lakeville by Hyvee. Absolute worst situation. Don’t bother going. Of course, you’re going to get a smear of chili and a sprinkle if chez in a burrito. After waiting 20 minutes, if the dining room/ lobby is closed, what r you going to do? All we can do is spread the word and that’s what I’m going to do.

So tired of almost every order having something wrong. Missing items, items we do not order. Forgetting utensils, sauces and napkins. What psychopath puts a mexican pizza on the bottom of a bag with over a dozen other items laying on it so it was completely smashed and stuck to the top of the box.

Apparently quality employees are hard to find I would avoid this Taco Bell unless you want nothing but tortilla and lettuce in your taco!!!!!!! ordered 7 beef tacos you could put all the beef in all the tacos on 1 tbsp absolutely unacceptable!!! if they had employees working instead of discussing their weekend plans!!! Worst Taco Bell ever!!!!!!!!!!
