The staff is very attentive and super friendly! Food is ALWAYS fresh and looks amazing store is clean in and outside too! And they’re service us fast and accurate! Whatever it is they’re doing they should keep it up!

Not much of a fan of dunkins as the coffee usually tastes watered down with no flavor. This specific location on the other hand makes a good cup of joe. Find myself stopping here when in the area which says a lot as I wont go to the locations closer to me.

The heavy set older lady at the counter was rude as hell .. I seen that my ice coffee was black i asked her if ot was possible to get cream in it i mustve made a mistake when mobile ordering it she rushed over wit the receipt showing me it said black i said again might have made a mistake ordering an she was really rude about it it was my first time ordering from there an i wont be back

Went through the Drive Through on my way to visit Family, Coffee was Great, BUT, When i handed the money to the Cashier Total was like $4 Something, Handed her a $5 Bill, expecting to receive my change, The cashier wasn't going to give me my change back, if i hadn't asked for it. now i was going to tip her, but for her to Just Assume i wouldn't want my change back isn't Right, This Should NEVER happen, ALWAYS Giver the Customer there Change, Then, & Only Then if the Customer decides to Tip, then they Tip not Keeping the change assuming that we were. Everything else was fine, it was just this Action alone that upset me.

I rarely visit this Dunkin in Lakeville due to the numerous issues that happen here. However, today I was craving a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel so I stopped. The drive thru line was long but moving and decided why not. When I opened my bagel, it was burnt on both sides not toasted dark but burnt. I took one bite and all I could taste was burnt bagel. It was nasty. Things happen, it was busy but there is no excuse for serving burnt food! Since I did not open the bag until I left the window, I could not tell the girl at the window.

I go to this Dunkin's drive thru once a month in my travels for a coffee & wrap. Overall it's fine the only thing that should be addressed is their intercom system it seems old and you can barely hear the person taken your order. Also, the menu behind the intercom seems old and it's not appealing to look at which can give you thoughts of the up keep inside the building. I've always incounter a pleasant person at the window so, that's always a postive getting your morning coffee.

It’s infuriating that they have not yet decided customers can use the restroom again. Every other place has lifted or eased COVID restrictions. Dunkin is like the last hold out and I’m over it. I mean, I guess I was willing to pay for poor service, the incorrect order and overpriced products as long as I had access to a bathroom, but now, what’s keeping me as a customer???? I even asked nicely and the woman screamed and made a scene in front of customers saying they could be shut down. So…that’s a lie! There are no more state restrictions that require you to keep your bathroom closed. What it is, is employees and owners figured out they have less work to do if they’re not cleaning restrooms. So now what!?? You’re just going to keep them closed so you don’t have to pay people minimum wage to wipe them down now and then!?! Not customer friendly and reflects poorly on your values Mr Franchise Owner. Get with the rest of the world.
