We were visiting this week from Salem Oregon. We were looking for a BBQ joint just like this and we were not disappointed. Everything we had was delicious but the candied bacon was unbelievable! I just cant say enough good things!
My favorite BBQ place! The staff is great. Meats and Sauces are gluten free too! The best little shack in town.
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience and excellent food at Pig'N Out yesterday, December 2nd. She had the LaPig Mac'n Cheese, and I had the Hawaiian Huli sandwich without the bread. We both loved the baked beans and I savored the citrus kale salad. We enjoyed the warm December afternoon weather, eating in their outdoor seating area (the only eating area is outside). The ribs that I brought home to my husband were a big hit, along with the green chili and the baked beans. We were really impressed with the quality of food, the phenomenal customer service from the young woman (Laurelyn was SUPER), and the lovely atmosphere of the outdoor eating area. We are excited to have found such a great BBQ place! Very impressed, and we will be back! <3
Had a brisket sandwich that was truly great, with and without their spicy sauce. Mac and cheese is a must order. Sadly the cornbread didn't keep up. Still a solid must try

One of the greatest bbq joint in Colorado. Definitely worth it to come here and try their BBQ There ribs are one of the most flavorful and juicy ribs. The candy Mac and cheese is delicious as well.
We pass this place to and from work and our curiosity was peaked. We did not know what to expect, but boy were we pleased! Great portions, decent price and flavorful food! Fall from the bone, smoky flavor ribs!! Great cherry and peach cobler! A must try!
Great mom-and-pop BBQ joint with covered outdoor seating (heaters, too). We had the sampler platter for two people, which had ample amounts of brisket, sausage, turkey, cornbread with 2 sides of mac and cheese. Turkey was a little saltier than we like, but flavors are good, and the raspberry chipotle sauce is delish and super spicy. And they have Blue Sky root beer on the fountain. Love the atmosphere. Will def return.
My wife organized a get together here for my birthday. They were incredibly accommodating with plenty of space in the back area on a gorgeous day. The menu was awesome and everything was delicious! Had a full rack of ribs, kale salad, pig out sampler, frito pie. Can’t wait for our next meal there :)

I've driven by the restaurant numerous times and always kick myself for not stopping because it smells amazing. Today, we bit the bullet and ordered take out. We got the Piggin Out Sampler, with mashed potatoes and kale salad.
All the meats in the sampler were remarkable, my favorite being the ribs, my husband's favorite being the ribs. Tender, juicy, flavorful without needing any sauce at all. But the sauces were also amazing. The stand out was absolutely the Sweet Pineapple. Sweet, without being overtly so. We also had the Spicy (a kick without too much spice), Mild (good for all the meats), and Carolina Vinegar (thicker than I would have expected, but a nice vinegary bite).
The mashed potatoes were smooth and almost smokey flavored, pairing perfectly with the BBQ. And the kale salad was the perfect crunchy fresh bite, topped with apples and golden raisins to cut the deep rich flavors of the meat.
The amount of food that came in the sampler was great for the price, enough food for 3-4 people, all for only $39.99. For us, a great meal, with enough leftovers for tomorrow as well. We will absolutely be back.
Went here on a suggestion from our hotel and WOW! The ribs fall off the bone and the sauce is nice but NOT NEEDED. Great place, amazing food, and nice folks. You MUST try!
The BBQ is excellent here and the potato salad is the best! I love the outdoor experience they have created and the service is outstanding. The only thing I would change is the drink offerings - it's such a quaint place and the feel is just screaming for scratch made lemonade and iced tea. I think it's possible they might offer lemonade, but I was pointed in the direction of the fountain drinks which had Minute Maid and it wasn't good.
Our work travels to different BBQ restaurants and we compare. Today we had a great experience. All outdoor seating but the weather was nice today. They do have outdoor heaters if needed. Dog friendly patio. Great beer selection. Our favorite was the Brisket and Pulled Pork Mac N Cheese was fabulous. We will definitely be back.
