I had never heard of not had a kolache before this, I was waiting on my friend to finish up donating plasma and I was craving a coffee and some carbs! Stumbled upon this absolute GEM of a bakery right under my nose here off Colfax. I tried a chorizo, egg, and cheese breakfast kolash which and it was
I took my husband here to try for his birthday breakfast and we loved it. There are extensive savory and sweet options (most of the bakeries by us do not have enough savory). YUM! I tried the Pulled Pork Kolache - simply delicious! The Philly Steak Kolache was a little disappointing - the steak was a bit mushy and green pepper and onions were needed. They also have delicious desserts! I didn't try one - but next time. P.S. Depending on your appetite - you may need two
