This place should just close down or get whole new management. I like to order my food by mobile and it makes you pay when you place your order. I picked the in store pick up and of course the lobby is locked. I see the drive thru with like 15 cars and not even. Moving an inch. I tried to cancel my order but of course I couldn’t so I had no choice and wait a hour for my food since it’s already been paid for. Theirs always problems with this Taco Bell something needs to be done with their service.

So we to had drive this toco bell since the one on 17th and Sheridan has been closed for the past two nights my child & I tried to buy toco bell. I drive all the way over here from the solans lake area just so my child can get her favorite combo from toco bell. We hardly eat here so it is a real treat for her. Unfortunately when I pulled up here April 2,2022 at 7:30pm. They where also closed just like the one on 17th and Sheridan. I personally feel toco bell mistreats and UNDER PAYS their staff. I was so upset after working in the restaurant business for over a decade I have never seen poor business practices like this in my life. You can’t blame things on the pandemic for ever. Also mind you I eat here a few times during the pandemic restrictions had no issues at all got my food and service. I blame toco bell cooperation & the people that work above the average toco bell employees. Honestly after going to 2 different toco bells two days in a row & have them close down or say their system is down or a lack of staff.. I will never return to toco bell! This company will never see another dollar from me! Good day TOCO HELL.

I waited in line for 45 mins and when I got to the window for my order they said they ran out of meat and it would be at least an hour before it was ready. I understood the larger woman with the short hair gave us some coupons and said pleasr come back and we will comp your meal. I even called to verify that we understood her correctly. Well that didn't happen when we went to redeem this we were told no that they wouldn't accommodate it . The short girl with the glasses was so rude too. Just over all horrible experience.

Waited 60 minutes in line and 30 minutes at the menu board after staff told me it would be a 15-20 minute wait on orders. Then a Woman walks outside and threatens me for waiting to order and tells me she's calling the police for "holding up the line" and that they already took my order. I told her i would happily move forward if she told me my order so she threw a tantrum and "called the police" while also running up to my car and screaming at me. Worst experience I've ever had at Taco Bell I will be contacting the BBB and upper management.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Either they get your order wrong or they take forever! It's not acceptable when you wait over an hour in the drive-thru... For fast food! The Taco Bell down the street on Federal is much better

Great experience here! Lobby was open and clean, self service ordering but still good service. We ordered a good bit of food and it was made fresh, and out within about 10 minutes. Two employees and they took care of our order while the drive thru kept moving at a steady place. I would highly recommend this location compared to a few others in the area.

We went to this taco bell around 7:45. The lines were very long, but we had already paid for our order through the app, so we had to wait. It took about ten min for every car that was in front of us, so we were in line for a good 45 min. When we got to the window there were about 5 employees just standing there socializing. We asked for a receipt, and we were told we couldn't get one because it never printed out. We checked our order and 2 chalupas were missing. We asked for them, and they told us that they ran out. They new we were missing half the order, and tried to give it to us anyways before we noticed. The other food we ordered was wrong. We asked them for a receipt once again, and they told us that we couldn't have one. They asked us what food was wrong and or missing and they'd give us the right thing. We told them to give us a min until we figured it out. They walked away came back with two bean burritos and told us that's all they could do. We didn't want the burritos. All we wanted was what we ordered, it at least a receipt to get our money back. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen.

This location absolutely sucks. I don't normally review places, especially fast food. But this Taco Bell needs some serious attention. The first time I visited, it took over 45 minutes to get out of the drive through, still had to wait and park out front with over 6-7 other cars for another 10-15, and my order was missing a lot of items. I had no way to correct it because they had shut down the drive through by the time I got my order. The second time, which was last night, I placed a mobile order before 10pm and got there at 10:25pm (app shows they close at midnight) and the girl at the speaker told me they were closed. No idea why. I stated I placed a mobile order earlier so I was wondering if it had already been made and she said "NO. WE. ARE. CLOSED." I mean I get that you're working a fast food job but seriously, I wasn't even rude or being a Karen about it, was just making sure they didn't have my order before I cancelled. Regardless, this TB is the worst location I've been to.
