Easy to find with Quick in and out from Pacific Hwy South, South Tacoma Way, I-5 and 512. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot on both sides. Parking lot and drive-thru are well maintained, free of debris, and trash can was empty. Easy to read signs. Lots of signage for deals. Fast moving line.

Can't go inside to dine yet only drive through. The food here is amazing! And they serve fast. But I did order some food and try to go pickup at the door since I have no vehicle and was ignored and started at instead of staff telling me I could not pick up but through the drive through.

My fault thinking that the service at this location would change, ever. Ordered a burger got a chicken sandwich. Didn't know till I got home. Called them, they said they'd replace sandwich when I came in the next day. They gave me the wrong sandwich 2 more times. Smdh!!
If you want my honest opinion the Wendy's on Bridgeport is not as good as one on pacific hwy s in lakewood there super. Close but it's worth the 2min drive to pacific hwy location as food is always better and service as well especially if u want chili
