Overall the experience is pleasant. They focus more on getting people through the line rather than quality of the service. I never have problems with the actually quality of my food but they do mess it up every once in a while. Which is typical for places since we are humans and we do make mistakes.
Food was as always delicious. The customer service topped it. My husband and i enjoyed Devin. S service. He went out his way to make sure we were good. Went above and beyond. Just left Lakewood Chick-fil-A…. I’am shocked they served one this little… and not just 1 sandwich but 2 looked identical to this one. We spent over 40.00 tonight and we left hungry. 😢

I wasn't the least bit amused with our server! I don't know what the problem was, but for some reason he seemed unable to get anything right. Had to repeat ourselves to him numerous times. I told him how I wanted my salad one way and I was given it another way.

Ordered using the App, I appreciate being able to make modifications to items. I order a grilled chicken sandwich without the bun & tomato, bring it home put it on a 1net carb bun with some mayo. I reduce the net carbs to 3g net from 42 carbs. Calories 310 from standard 380. Delicious.
Our first time there. My wife had a chicken salad and lived it. I had a chicken sandwich and waffle fries they were delicious! We need one in Port Orchard! We're baaaack! This time we had them throw in some mac-n-cheese. Yum! Stick to your ribs stuff.
