It's closing time and this guy was super polite. He takes the extra time to take care of this family in front of me and then me too. I noticed he sold 3or4 specialty cups after he served us. Talk about dedication.

Love how up beat they are when I visit. Kens been there awhile and know my drinks and always sweet. They are what team players look like.

This Starbucks almost always has a line at the drive through, however the wait time is always EXCEPTIONALLY fast.. I don't tend to go inside this one but have in the past. It's always clean and bustling with people who have already been served. It's in a easy to access location and there is plenty of parking

The drive through was quick which was a plus since my kids were having a fit in the back seat. I ordered a grande Caramel Macchiato. I asked for a lot of caramel and it didn't seem like it came with very much. I wanted a more sweeter taste but it had a stronger coffee taste. I was willing to pay for extra caramel. I have only been to one Starbucks where when i asked for a lot of caramel it was real sweet the way i liked it.

Glad we finally have one! Over all good experience except once or twice. My chai tea tasted more like hot milk. The holiday spice is gross!

This Starbucks continuously takes an outrageous amount of time to make a simple drink. The line is always wrapped around the drive-thru. A majority of the staff tend to lack customer service etiquette. Twice my drink has been made completely wrong, after sitting in line for 10 minutes. Very frustrating.

When you told those men to leave their are no apologies. You are a business and you should not have everyone on the planet come in and sit down when your customers should come first . You should stand up for yourself ,everyone is doing the reason why they come first card.

Yesterday, I witnessed a young barrista being insulted by an obnoxious, rude, woman demanding to be Compensated a free drink, because a named employee, (who is not on staff because the customer made it up), messed up her drink last week. This poor girl, had to get her manager and explain herself in front of the customer while the customer shut her down in such a condescending, nasty explicitve manner. The worst part was the nasty rude potty mouth customer was not refused service! Instead the customer (WHO IS ALWAYS RIGHT) was catered too! She got what she wanted by a spineless, week, management, who are scared to refuse service. This is wrong. Starbucks, need to know when to back up an employee when a RIGHT is Right and WRONG is wrong. It is called moral, civil behavior.
