I was just there about 5 minutes ago and Cassidy was working at the front and Alexis in the back. They handled everything so well, it was pretty busy and even with all those orders are people coming in, they were very professional and friendly. Cassidy handled an impatient customer with grace. Those two ran the location amazingly. This rating goes out to them!!
We’ve always had hot and delicious pizza from this location. And they’re always really friendly. Excellent customer service skills. We’ll continue to come to this location! My dad ordered from New York and had my son’s pizza personalized for his 13th birthday. It’s the little things and employees being so gracious about doing things like this. My service was quick I ordered an Italian garlic cheese bread. The cashier greeted me correctly asked what I wanted to order. Employees here at the Lakewood location were constantly working. Seen Doordash orders going out, app,and other customers getting food. Overall I am pleased with my experience at Lakewood Town Center location.
When these two boys come in asking for the lunch combo, of course it’s ended.
