Biscuit appears to have mold on it. I went inside to get a refund. I showed the cashier and they said it doesn't look like mold, but, it looks like it hit the floor. They had to get a manager to process my refund, I showed them and again was told it wasn't mold but, it's the butter from the baking

Came in as a Dasher, sat in a line from the drive through that stretched out into the road. My vehicle did not move from it's spot in that line for over 30 minutes. I do not recommend ordering from here if you want it delivered by a Dasher during lunch/dinner.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. We came by for dinner and waited in the drive thru for approximately 20 mins. Once we were about to order- they let us know the credit card machine is down and only accepting cash- we left came back to order and took another 30 mins in line. Absolutely no organi

10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. Wouldn't feed this food to my dog. Coleslaw had no taste. Didn't get any sauce I asked for. Customer service was about as trash as the food. Will not be wasting money at this place ever again.

Workers inside when I went through the drive-thru and no one ever spoke to us, then we tried to go inside and order but the door was locked it was 6:30 pm and they close at 8pm. We watched the employees messing around in the back as we went through the drive through

Get a better attitude if you wish to work in the food service industry. I can understand why you have a minuscule 3.6 stars. My coworkers and I will take our business elsewhere after giving your establishment multiple opportunities to provide quality service.

This particular popeyes has great food like the rest of them do, but i have to travel about 40 minutes to get to this location from home. I ordered 5 of the blackened chicken tenders along with some of the chicken nuggets, drove ALL the way home just to find out I paid an extra $4 and no nuggets. Su

We have been several times, they never have enough people working. Always super slow. Even when they are not busy, it takes friggin forever to get your food. They can't get the order fully right. Tastes like the shrimp has been sitting for hours, gross. This will be our last visit to this Popeyes.
