First off, staff was friendly and fast. Burnt cold hash browns. Sub par sandwich for the cost....like, BK has better cheaper hash browns and breakfast sandwiches. LOVE the mocha latte, and donuts are always good. I'll stick to the drinks and donuts from Dunkin

excellent sourdough breakfast sandwich. signature latte was better than coffee at home. the sandwich and medium signature latte came out to $11 so the prices are somewhat higher than mcdonald’s.

they have excellent food, and the best donuts (imo, the glazed blueberry is heaven). the line is fairly quick considering how busy they are. however as someone with no vehicle, it is really inconvenient for me to stand in traffic just to pick up food. i really wish they'd re-open for at least take-out. if they did i would give 5 stars. maybe someday!

Open at 5am… not a chance. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes on 6/13/22. The employees stared at us while we were at the speaker to order and completely ignored us. We drove off due to not being able to wait any longer as we have other things to do. If you open at 5am atleast have the courtesy to speak to someone over the speaker if your either have difficulties or need more time opening the store. Then when we decide to leave the employees stare at us like?? Very bad experience

This is a double edged sword. On one hand, this is super close to my house, so it is convenient, and I love the drinks..... However, the service is laughable. There is an older woman that works the drive through that I PRAY is not there when I go. She kind of blankly stares at you, but VERY intensely. When she hands you your food, she either stares into your soul and says nothing, or if you aren't paying attention she just screams "HERE!!" at you. I don't know why you would put that type of person at the window?? It literally takes no time to be polite to customers. The only person I can count on there is the fast talking woman who takes your order. "goodmorningwhatcanIgetstartedforyou?noproblem" and the younger guy with the tattoos and glasses who always calls me Ma'am and maybe he might have hearing aids? But that's it. I think working on some exercises/activities in customer service might be beneficial for your staff. People will always continue to go there, but that doesn't mean you should skimp on basic people skills. Without that, you just have miserable employees, high turnover and customers (like me) who write reviews like this.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. The manager, Amanda, berated me because she was out of a certain flavor and I dared to order it via the app. She screamed at me on the phone and refused to make my order. She said she could not refund it at the store and I would have to call customer support. I asked her if we could substitute the flavor. She offered me something that cost less and when I pointed that out she told me she would spit in the drink and called me a slur. I'm currently waiting on the owner to contact me so I can get my money back for the order she refused to fulfill.
UPDATE: I called customer service again because the owner did not reach out in the timeframe they gave. They said he reported that he had spoken to me and resolved the issue. He never did.

don't waste your time the drive through line is always miles long and if you place an order to pick up inside, they lock the doors 98% of the time so you never know if you place it if you're gonna have to go through the drive through anyways???? why even make it an option to order like that?? and they don’t post anything on the door they just let people walk up and look dumb.. i’ve seen it numerous times here. just a waste of time here and you can't get in touch with anyone that works there. dunkin won't do anything either. 1/10 do not recommend!!

This is a trash Dunkin location. They indicate that they open at 5 am but we show up at 8 am and the doors are locked. They say “it depends” when there inside is open.. who runs a business that way!? Oh and the only reason we have to go inside is because if you order at the drive thru your order is wrong 100% of the time when you receive it.
