Ordered a large regular coffee mid afternoon with 8 creams 8 sugars drive thru server handed a large cup of cold black coffee, went back around drive thru. Complained and manager made it right.

Coffee was horrible and the staff seemed highly undertrained. And why doesn't US McDonalds have a BLT with egg on a bagel for breakfast? It's really good up here in Canada.
