Herbie is the best Dunkin’ Donuts employee I’ve ever experienced. He always has a positive attitude when taking an order, and is always nice. Also for the quality of the food and drinks, it’s always made perfectly.
My order is never wrong and they fixed another locations mistake for me! So helpful and the drinks are always made perfect unlike other Dunkins. I'll keep coming to this one instead for now on. :)
I've never had an issue here until today. I was at the drive-thru window and one of the employees used me to tease his friend who also worked there. I am not offended by it, because I am used to it. No inside service, only drive thru is open. Usually a long line in early morning but line moves quickly. Window associates always friendly and customers move on fast.
One time I was given coffee instead of tea. The next visit I was given a tea no charge, no hassle.
Awesome service! The manager Taslima is especially very kind and quick with the orders. My friends and I go there all the time and she has a great personality! You can also tell that the staff has great teamwork! I will definitely keep coming back!

Great experience! Was taken care of by a joyful employee named Rich! Service was extremely quick and everything was correct and tasted great. You can tell the employees have a great sense of communication and team work. I’ll definitely be back for more and I hope to see that employee again!
