This taco bell was nasty tables had food on them. Not 1 worked attempting to wipe any tables off or sweep the floor. Pretty sure their drive thru is nasty too

I’ve been here maybe 5 times and each time have been missing half of my order or have received someone else’s.
It’s always very slow even if there are only a couple of cars. And when I pull up workers are on their phone, pretending to work, don’t really look at you or acknowledge you. Just hand you the (wrong) food after a lot of waiting.
Go to a different location and don’t waste your money or time.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a chicken quesadilla, there is not a single piece of chicken on here lol or the sauce and hardly any cheese. Pathetic

Bought new crisp chicken taco. Chicken so over cooked it was like a rock. This was so hard it felt like I bit down on a stone. I had to pull it out of my mouth to see what it was. I pulled out alot of the really hard pieces. I usually don't have issues with this taco bell. Hope this isn't becoming the norm.

This is the 2nd time we've been here in the past wk & they mess up our order. Asked 4 a Mexican pizza meal w/no tomato & bean 4 my son & it had bean. Tacos are supreme so I ask for no s.c. & had sour cream. I know they hurry the orders 2 have good times but some customers really cant have certain)) stuff that's why we say no tomato, sour cream and/or no bean & when it's on the meal then we end up not eating because it's not worth driving the 10 minutes back to fix the mixup, we are to upset or we are to worried they will just mess with the food because we all know it happens at some places. Employee at window was nice although she seemed spaced out. She was staring off and then turned around and said did I
0heir food prices are getting to be on the more expensive side. For 2 Mexican pizza meals and 2 tacos it was $27.00 that's just insane to me. Guess I really need to start cooking at home more often.

This is honestly the worst store I’ve ever ordered from. Placed an order and they came up with excuses to not make the order. They said they didn’t have beef, so I asked for them to substitute for chicken. They refused and told me to cancel my order. If they were out of beef, then they should have put it in outage so nobody could have ordered it. Not only that but they weren’t even willing to substitute to try to comply.

Idk if there’s new hires or what but the quality of food has gone down. From poorly wrapped burritos or slow drive thru. Can’t go inside for a mobile order because “ it’s too much to have both going at once” yet the drive thru is still slow no matter what time of day.
