Rachel is the best. Super friendly and nice throughout the drive thru. Seriously needs to be recognized!! She’s super enthusiastic whenever I visit this place, and you don’t come across people like that in burger fast food places anymore. What a nice lady. I hope she’s appreciated by everyone who works there :)

I would just like to say that Rachel Deserves to be recognized for outstanding customer service. Even if I hated the food I would still come back in recognition of her aptitude in hospitality. I have experience managing restaurants with a PPA of $35+ and would have been more than happy to have her on my team!

Second time we have gone thru drive thru and receive wrong .. this second time, my husband was very disgusted and now will never go to the Secor Lambertville location. How do you get chicken Jr sandwiches when you order Italian chicken sandwich?

Very disatified with not having the chicken salad you advertised with craisins, only to find out "we no longer carry that" 😕
