We got the all you can eat shrimp, chicken tenders and fries, and a slushie for the baby. Everything was good. Just make sure you put in your next shrimp order as soon as you get your next order, you won't wait as long for your shrimp refill. Our waitress was great, very attentive.
So we choose Red Lobster as a late Father’s Day dinner. Had a party of 14 people and made a reservation for 3:00. We all got there shortly before 3:00 and were taken back to our table on time. Greeted as we all came in, which was nice. I believe they dedicated one server to our table so he could provide us with the best quality service.
Orders were all in received almost correctly. Little mistakes were corrected immediately. Our server handled us well. I have no complaints on that.
The biscuits as always were delicious, the food it seems like over the years has been taken down a notch or I’m just not as impressed as I once was.
Will definitely be back and will always keep them in mind for large party sizes.
My wife & I visited for lunch. We were seated right away by a very polite hostess and our server appeared not long after. We ordered and received our drinks and our server took our lunch orders. I had the Fish & Chips and my wife asked the server for a recommendation. Our server recommended the Salmon New Orleans. Our meals arrived hot and the food was good. I can't say the food knocked our socks off or that there was something incredibly special about it - it was just good, and that was OK. We sat in an area that was a bit too cold for me but the atmosphere in the restaurant was fine. The music was at a comfortable level and the interior was clean. Our server was superb. Not much more I can say about that. I wish I could remember her name, but as I age things don't work like they used to. Anyway, we had a good experience with some good food and excellent service, and we will be back. There's more stuff on the menu I'd like to try.
I ordered a steak and lobster tail. I ordered the steak medium and got an overcooked hard steak. They replaced the steak, but having to wait and just dealing with things like that is annoying.
They were out of lobster tail. So I got a tiny one.

I love Red Lobster, but...
I feel like every time we go to this one something is not right. Tonight our waitress got our food correct but my husband and son sat for nearly 15 minutes waiting for drinks, we ask 3 times for biscuits, she took her time collecting our bill then again taking the payment.. now I'm a nurse I understand fluidity and efficiency with time management but they weren't that busy I totally felt like she wasn't coming our way until she had more than one thing to bring multiple tables. (That was pointed out by my husband and mind you he never complains even when his food is stone cold) when we did get our food both mine and my son's was over cook and tough to chew. It's a shame to pay that much money for someone's poor work ethics.
UPDATE: so we tried it again much MUCH better seafood was cooked well and service was friendly, funny and attentive. Post pics love me some Crab Leg's and I love there coconut shrimp. We'll try again

The restaurant was not busy but not full when I visited on 12/21/2022. I would likely visit again.
A standard Red Lobster with kind staff. I would’ve given a 5th star but they ran out of Walt’s Favorite Shrimp on a Friday night during shrimp fest. The balance iof the meal and visit was nice.
Food was great. Waitress was nice but overwhelmed as she was also bartender. Atmosphere was terrible. We are a family of 4 (with 2 teenagers) and they put us at a table that was kinda wedged into the side of the bar area. Dim lighting, directly next to the bar, in a cramped space that was also next to walkway to the main dining area. Parking was ample with wheelchair accessible entrance. Place was clean.

The waiter was EXTREMELY rude...
Kept walkin' past our table.. Finally, in the process of ordering (ultimate shrimp)
He was pressuring us about the final choice ..never suggesting anything.. kept telling us to hurry up and make up our minds... During the duration of being there, the waiter never checked up on us.
Finally came over to us and said, "Guess you want more. ".. we waited about 20 minutes for a drink refill and only cause we called him towards us...
He was very nasty to other employees
Come time to pay ..it was a very big argument about us paying with gift cards
He continued to talk to another employee about us IRRITATING him...
We had enough of him ..went to manager
And she was the nicest person .. She helped us out and kept apologizing...

My family and I were a party of 6. We were seated right away. Kathy was our server. She was great! Food gets an A+. I don't have anything bad to say. We will definitely be back!!!
Our waitress was the real treat! I think her name was Jane? She recommended some great stuff so we could get more deliciousness and more bang for my buck!
Food and service was good. Servers should be aware of their surroundings though when talking with each other. Customers don't need to hear why they find other servers annoying.
Fresh lobster, chose two lobster tails, didn't like my hands touching the lobster. Lobster meat and noodles, the girl didn't like too much cheese, so she had to ask for two more lobster tails. Dessert is delicious.
