The minute I stepped in, I was greeted by (I assume) a manager. He directed me towards the counter, and asked if I had been there before (I hadn’t). At the counter, they had multiple screens, with a very large main one displaying the menu. The cashiers were extremely polite and patient. As I ordered, the cashier repeated everything back to me several times to ensure everything was correct. Waiting time was about five minutes for my order (I got a burger and chili cheese fries) and everything was delicious. The establishment was extremely clean, all of the staff was extremely polite, and the employee waiting on people and clearing tables offered me a drink once he noticed I didn’t have one, and walked around offering people dessert samples. Overall, ten out of ten. Amazing service. Excellent food. Good selection of drinks. Most definitely will be back.

The first visit was not so great:
Food was alright. Bottom bun doesn’t really support the rest of the burger so a bit messy to eat. Still waiting a half an hour after I ordered for my milkshake. They weren’t even that busy when we got here. I gave it 2 stars and wasn’t planning on coming back.
A few weeks after, the manager reached out to me to see if I would be interested in a gift card to come back and try it again. I was pleasantly surprised and accepted his offer. A few days later I received the gift card. It sat in my wallet for a few months before we made it back to the restaurant. Our 2nd visit was a much different story.
All employees were very friendly and helpful. Our milkshake made it to our table with in the first 5 minutes of ordering, before our food was even ready! And our food only took about 15 minutes before it was ready. Everything was delicious and properly cooked. Even the bun seemed better than last time. I’m not sure what all was changed since our last visit or if our last visit was just a fluke, but I would definitely recommend the restaurant after our last visit. Thanks for a pleasant experience and the opportunity to try you again with no cost to us!

I've been to Fuddruckers several times Spring Summer 2023 - excellent each time! Fresh burgers cooked to order on great buns. A fresh 'fixings bar' so you can make it exactly how you like. In addition to regular condiments, they have hot cheese sauce (great on the fries). They are SO friendly, readily accommodate special requests; they clear & clean the tables. Everything (including the restrooms) is always spic & span. AND, a great value! This location is top notch.
Excellent burgers. I got the 1/3 lb. burger with bacon. It, with the serving of fries that came with the burger was an ample serving . Taste was great, good consistency, buns were soft but did not fall apart. Bacon was crisp. Toppings were very fresh and beautifully arranged.
Fries, on the other hand, were mediocre. The space on them was good and cheddar sauce to dip on was a nice touch. But fries themselves were not my style, more British chips than fries - kind of thick and soggy rather than thinner and crisp. Service was good,
you guys are banging pls sponsor my life, you’re manager Milford Springer on Rohrerstown Road in Lancaster is running this place like a well oil machine, the food was crispy and divine and the condiments ran plentiful and fresh. Fuddruckers you’ve done it again. We sat by the sunny window with a clean table and happy wallets. The Girl with long black hair and tattoos was so sweet and very helpful!
This was my first time at Fuddruckers. I got the half pound Bacon Cheddar Burger and it came with wedges. The burger was super juicy and the establishment had a side table where you can add your own toppings. We added cheddar cheese, tomatoes and lettuce to our burger and that enhanced it. The wedges were also super soft and crispy at the same time. Service here was definitely very friendly. I will definitely be back to try their other burgers next time I’m in town!
I have loved Fuddruckers since I was a child. I was sad to learn the York location closed. Decided to make a trip from Maryland a little further to this location in Lancaster as one of our last few trips before our baby arrives. The brunette woman (didn't get her name) working the front counter and bussing tables today (at 12 PM) was so kind, personable, and enjoys her job. You could tell from her inviting and friendly presence. We are expecting our first child and she offered us advice as a mother of 3 and it was really heartwarming. We look forward to bringing our son with us at our next visit in a few months. Her inviting and warm energy is definitely drawing return customers to this location. We enjoyed our whole experience from the food to the service. The atmosphere was very clean including the bathrooms. Keep up the great work!
Fresh! Delicious made to order spot. We ordered a burger and chicken sandwich. Onion rings are the BEST in town! This is my first time visiting here. Definitely recommend this place. Seating is abundant and it's clean. Condiments and fixings for your food is located in the rear of the restaurant. Pleasant service, friendly associates, great atmosphere and they have televisions on the walls for your viewing experience. This was a really amazing experience.
Well, here we are again, one of my secret food in my belly spots, ok, I'll share, here we go. Everyone thinks burger when you say fuddruckers. Hey, they(Fuddruckers) will always have a good burger. I wanna tell you about the Cobb Salad. I rate it a solid 9.. Here, take a gander yourself. I grabbed a bourbon sauce burger with mushrooms on July 4th and grabbed me a Cobb salad to nibble later that even and the rest the next for lunch.. Yes you can ear the whole thing @ once, yet I defer my food, it's 2 meals for me. Please reach out and grab a Cobb salad from fuddruckers, you'll never go without.. Enjoy everyone!! Happy eating😋

This was the first time I have eaten here at Fuddruckers. I ordered the 1/3 lb. Bourbon Burger combo meal. Switched out the blue cheese for cheddar. The burger was delicious as were the fries. The fries are soft in the middle with crispy out side and a light seasoning on them. Service was good, order was right and prompt. The restaurant was clean and quiet. We had an enjoyable dinner!
Got the elk burger, it was okay. I loved that I could put as many pickles on my burger as I wanted and put as much warm cheddar cheese on my fries as I wanted too. The fries had a good seasoning. The menu says they have a 1lb burger! A bit pricey though, thirty something for 2 meals.
My wife and I come here at least once a week. The staff is super friendly and we are always able to get good local flavor coupons for this location. Highly recommend!
Drove to Lancaster to take a very special dad to his favorite burger joint for Father's Day. Fuddies didn't disappoint. Staff was extremely friendly, provided great customer service, and was attentive to all the customer needs. It was very busy and there were a lot of "families" and the kids were not being supervised which resulted in crying screaming and the open space and soda machine being an area of play. I would have liked to see the crew members asking for parents to be a little more hands on with children that were at the topping counter and soda dispenser.
The food and service is excellent. General Manager Milford Springer is dedicated to making your Fuddruckers experience enjoyable. The half wall dividing the front ordering counter from the seating area disrupts the flow especially when coming in thru the rear parking area and you see the pick up window.
Will always speak highly of Fuddruckers, after consistently quality food and service for years. Simple process for ordering your juicy, delicious burger: select the size you want, specify how you want it cooked, list your desired toppings, make it a combo, and don't forget the cheese sauce on your way to the table!

I'm not sure what the young man's name was. But I was very impressed with what happened when I asked for a box for my youngest daughter's food. He was cleaning the counters beforehand. And he didn't just hand me a box, or he didn't just change his gloves. He removed the gloves he had on, washed his hands, reapplied new gloves and then handed me a box. Kudos to him. Aside from that. The food was amazing as always. Fuddruckers is now my oldest daughters favorite place to go due to being able to put her own vegetables on her burger.
Glad to see Fuddruckers back. My review starts with when you walked in the kitchen was a mess. Should have looked cleaner. Being that is the first thing you see. Didn't increase my appetite. The owner better address that right away. I would.
As far as the burgers were great. The fixing bar was stocked and clean. Fries and onion rings were real good. Bring back the frings. A mixed bowl of fries and rings. We got 2 milk shakes. One with wiped cream served in a old time shake glass with the metal cup. What was odd is that my wife got no whipped cream and hers was served a paper cup and a lid with no metal tin with rest in it?
Will go again. Would have gotten 5 stars if kitchen was clean
By far the best burger around. They have sizes to fit your appetite from 1/3 lbs to a whopping 1lb burger. They also have chicken tenders. Try the fudd spuds with hot melted cheese, sure to please.
If you still have room they have cookies, brownies and milk shakes.
