If you could give zero stars I would. I can't recall when I have had such poor "service". Ordered car side to go to take to friend's house. Check-in with their link and get a can't find our order message. Go inside and finally flag someone down to be told kitchen was just finishing the order (I was not early) and I will go check on it. 20 min later I hunt the restaurant and find the car side person again and get an Oh...hadn't even checked on my order. Comes back to the car side area and says to Gary do you see 541, I can't find it. I say ma'm I 've been standing here for 25 min now since the minute I walked in the door with a bag marked 541 laying on the counter right in front of me. Oh here you go that's your order. No - I'm not taking ice cold french fries, onion rings and cheese sticks. Gary finally says its warm but we can remake it. OK how long will that take, no answer and turns and walks away with the bag of cold food. 15-20 minutes later (I'm now 45 min late to the gathering with the food) they came back out and hand me a bag of food. Oh by the way here is the Sangria (not much of a drinker but tried one on vacation and thought we would share one/taste test). It was literally half a glass - see picture comparing what is posted on their website and what I received. Arrive at my friend's house with the food and are you kidding me they shorted us a kid's grilled cheese so now one kid is getting a homemade grilled cheese thrown in the pan while the rest of us are eating. Oh and why I was chillin in the car side area the same woman takes a phone call that is obviously from a person who was also shorted food, tells them manager will be with them to give them a gift card and puts them on hold. Manager may have picked it up elsewhere but never appeared and the phone literally rang for 15 minutes. Who would want a gift card from this place? If you like your friends do them a favor and buy them a gift card from ANYWHERE BUT APPLEBEES

This is the second time we’ve been there and had the waitress named Jessica I believe. Both times she’s been absolutely horrible. Terrible attitude. Eye rolls. Just downright rude and not friendly. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the food was delicious and the male manager was attentive at removing our dirty dishes as well as the nice waitress that sat us. But, as for Jessica…I think she needs some training on how to be cheerful and happy while waiting on a table. I’d understand if it was just once and she was having an off day but not both times.

Great service, seems the kitchen was a little slow. Four of us showed up and were seated by7:30PM on a Sunday and received our dinner by 8: 45PM not sure why we had the long wait time, the restaurant did not seem very busy. Covid might have effected the kitchen timing. Once we received our food it was great!

Food was made correctly but wasn't very hot. Warm at best. Not to be rude but when you go out to eat and have people serving you're food the staff should be clean and presentable. Some of the staff here(Lancaster) seemed not so presentable to put it nicely. All I'll say is don't do drugs!

Very friendly staff. Service was great. Food came out piping hot and cooked to order. Our waitress kept our drinks topped off and we really didn't have to ask for anything or call on her. She got it right the first time. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was lukewarm at best. All 4 of our cups were completely empty and we had to ask for refills when our food was dropped off even though all of the empty cups were on the edge of the table. Beware if you order the 2 for $24 because our bill showed 2 for $24 at $28. I asked the server and she said they ordered the platters of chicken tenders. I told her that is not what they said, that they clearly said they wanted the 2 for $24 chicken tenders. They did take it off but I get the feeling it was intentional. Character seemed shady enough I decided to pay cash because I didn't trust sending my card away from the table.

Food was terrible. My steak was a grisly thick roast. My cheese broccoli was cold. Her chicken alfredo didn't have any alfredo on it. Service was adequate. They kept us drinking alcohol. Probably so we would not notice the food. Never going back. We will wait an hour to get in Texas Roadhouse next time.

Ate here on 5-18-22 around 2:00 p.m. after my daughter's graduation. The restaurant was dead for the most part and We came as a party of five. Food was brought out in a timely manner however everyone's food was utterly disgusting. My father's entire meal was cold. Half of my mother's meal was cold. My daughter's was so gross she didn't even eat it. Two different dips from my husband's meal were probably the most poorly crafted items I've ever tasted in my life. The white queso was cold and tasted like burnt plastic. Spinach artichoke dip had about a 2 in thick burnt layer on top that we had to peel off only to find lukewarm dip that was probably the worst I've ever had in my life. My soup had zero flavor and was basically just warm water with chicken and God knows what else thrown in it. Quesadilla was made incorrectly they brought another one out but again it was only half cooked chicken was cold cheese was barely melted. Pretty disappointing when you go out as a family to celebrate a milestone such as graduation and you waste money on a meal that nobody could eat. Not to mention it was a relatively cool rainy day and the inside of the restaurant was so cold that everyone at our table was literally shaking.
