I have always liked max and erma's, but the staff this one go far beyond the call of duty in my book. They were polite, friendly, quick and the food is always great! I would always recommend anyone come to max and erma's to give it a try, but especially this location!
We went to Max and Ermas on a Sunday. It was pretty busy but we only waited about 10 minutes for a table. After that the waiter was super friendly, the food was very good, and the wait time was super short! Plus the $10 meal is such a great deal! Got soup, a burger, endless fries, and a cookie

Delicious food and excellent service!!!!! This experience was fantastic. The food was served quickly and hot!!! My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal thanks to the very attentive server!!!!
Nice atmosphere and generally good food. The quesdilla is outstanding and by far my favorite dish. You have to try it.
We had a great time I was with my daughter my son-in-law my granddaughter and two of my great-granddaughters service was good food was great a very nice time. Spending time with my family is always great and our waitress was very good.
I've never ordered anything at Max and Erma's that I didn't love. Whether you're in the mood for fish and chips, a great burger, or eating light with salad, M&Es is a great idea!
My husband and I just had a baby last month, we decided to eat at Max and Ermas for the first time ever last night. It was amazing food, we got the garlic Parmesan cheese skewers to start, I got the cola bbq burger and grilled asparagus and my husband got the garbage burger and fries, delicious. Our waitress was absolutely awesome and the manager paid our bill for us, great place and we will be back.
We have always had great food and service! A visit to Max and Erma's isn't complete without their yummy tortilla soup!!

Never a bad time! Service has always been good and the food is great for the price. The outdoor eating area is a nice addition. Can't beat the free cookie Wednesday!!!
I'd never been to any Max & Erma's, and really just wanted a small meal. The tater tots were perfect (and not too salty, like they often are!) I loved the French Onion Soup, but I'm also a fan of cheese. The service was quick and friendly too.
We stopped here for lunch and boy are we glad we did. The waitress was awesome and very friendly, she had quite a few tables to wait on but we never felt like we had to wait long for food or drink. The food was awesome too. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.
Second time I've ate here and it's been great both times.

The waiter was friendly and efficient. The food was fine. Went out with friends so I paid more attention to our conversations than our food and service. We will go back.
The french onion soup was delicious. The burgers we both got were good the fries had the perfect seasoning and crispiness. Our bartender was attentive. She managed to keep everything going even though she had the entire bar area.
It's easy to get stuck with one menu item and order the same thing every time here. For me, that's the Garbage Burger. Has everything but the kitchen sink! Best served with a side of warm chocolate chip cookies. I've stopped here every time on my way through Lancaster.
