We went at 7:30 on a Sunday and had amazing service. Our drink orders were in and at the table in 5 minutes. Our food came out within 12 minutes of ordering and was perfect! I have never had a bad meal at a Steak ‘n Shake and I hope I never do.
Been eating Breakfast for several weeks now. Have had excellent service from Crystal and Dawn. They are always happy and friendly always quick to seat me and take my order. Always quick on refills. Been real happy in service in morning. Try there breakfast you won't be sorry.
it was great as alway I like the waitress n they got in a matter of minutes but I like Lenny cooking better then any one.
love their chicken strips, french fries, onion rings & milk shakes so thick you need a spoon too... nice place that don't cost you more... sure beats all the others... Love Love to stop there when ever I can
Since they got a new manager the food is great and they take care of you
We decided to go inside instead of the drive through. This place has changed. You place your order at a kiosk. Pick a seat. Wait for your order number to be called. Get your food near the condiments and beverage area. No interaction what so over. My son and I both agreed it doesn't feel the same.
Other than that, the milkshakes and food were wonderful as always.
Customer services was wonderfully friendly! They were pretty fast and efficient.
The burgers were made to order and the fries were very fresh and hot!
My 4 star rating is based on our milk shakes. We ordered medium milk shakes but they were only about 3/4 of the way full. That was kind of disappointing, but it was still a good milk shake!
Over all we enjoyed our food! I will definitely eat here again and I do recommend this restaurant!
They have great shakes. Regular and specialty milkshakes. Monday thru Friday from 2-4pm their shakes are half off. Great deal. To be honest I have only eaten their food 3 or 4 times. Its good but my family and I really just go for shakes.
What I got was good but they have a limited menu and of course they didn't have what I wanted.
