Standard Cheese steak.... Gave this cheese steak joint a try, pretty decent. It's the standard cheese steak stand setup, except for the fact that it's in door. There's the standard rude service and split window setup. One for steaks, the other for a drink. Why on earth this has been adopted is beyond me, maybe someone can provide a little insight. These locations with the standard cheese steak setup in Philly are more of a tourist attraction than practical in nature. When in Rome...
The cheese steak is good, decent bread, meat, and your standard assortment of toppings. Nothing stood out in my mind. After having Geno's, Pat's, and Steve's I've come to the conclusion that a cheese steak is a cheese steak. There might be some minor variation in quality of the ingredient, bread, meat, ect, but at the end of the day it's a cheese steak. Maybe I need to try more of them to get a better reference.
All in all a good basic meat lover's sandwich. If you like cheese steak this place won't disappoint.
Best Cheesesteak Sandwich.... Steve's is what a Philly Cheese Steak is all about....slice beef not shredded, but the bread is what makes it delicious & stand out amongst the rest.....Love It!!
I'll take Steve's over Pats or Ginos any day!
Got the steak double meat plain “with” and fries . It was pretty good I should have opted for it with cheese coz it felt dry .
Great place for cheesesteaks in Bucks County. I prefer them compared to the Philly tourist traps
If you are near Sesame Place it’s a great place to eat
I love their cheese steaks with onions and side of fries. I do not like their ketchup in small packets. By the time I opened the several ketchup packets and dispense on my cheese steak, the sandwich was cold. Please bring back the ketchup dispensers and the assorted pepper jars !! I am a loyal customer and will always come again.
Good but not Great, I expected more meat and cheese. I ordered Cheesesteak with grilled onions and whiz along with Cheese fries with American cheese.
The cheesesteak was huge but it felt very bready as there was less meat, onion and cheese. I expected more meat for $13 but I will order extra meat and onion next time. The cheese fries were good. It's definitely a nice place in this area if you're craving cheesesteak and the best part is that they are open until midnight.

AMAZING CHEESE STEAKS!
This was my first time having 'sliced' cheese steak. It was phenomenal! The bread was perfect... Soft and chewy with a crispy crust. Some places you go to is nothing but bread. But the rolls Steve's Prince of Steak uses were just the right size. Many choices of fresh melted cheese.... Right up my alley!
Everyone who worked there was super friendly. And I want to point out, that when I made a mistake on my order... It was perfectly fine. I wasn't yelled at like some of the other cheese steak joints.
If you haven't tried Steve's Prince of Steaks... Your definitely missing out. I know I was... until yesterday.
***Update*** I just went back again today! Had the same awesome experience during a packed lunch hour. None of the staff seemed stressed out and everyone was pleasant. The one guy was eager to cut my cherry pepper for me! Amazing customer service... Especially from a cheesesteak place ;~)
Visited Steve's and tried their cheese steak with whiz and onions and was surprisingly satisfied by the sliced steak. I'm typically team chopped but the meat was pretty tender and easier to eat than it's chopped counterparts. The cheese gave it good moisture and was a bit drippy but totally manageable so long as you are eating over a table. Also tried their hot and spicy fries with whiz over it. It was tasty but HUGE so definitely order to share with 2-3 people. The awesome part was their pickle and condiment bar. I tried different pickles with my sandwich which I enjoyed because sometimes other places will either put too much or too little of something. This way I can just do it exactly the way I'd like it.
It was a little off putting to have to order fries/drinks at one window and then move to another to order a sandwich. This means you have to pay twice. Not a fan of that but I suppose thats how they stay organized in the back.
We enjoyed our food very much. The sandwich was about $10 and the fries was $5 plus $1.35 for a bottle of water. Pricing isn't super cheap but certainly manageable. I'd come back again!
Definitely one of the best cheese steaks I've ever had.
I’ve been going to Steve’s since I was 12 years old, I am 28 years old and this is my family tradition. We eat at Steve’s about 4 times a month. My child loves it. This location is so CLEAN and the employees are so kind. I will eat at Steve’s until my last breath lol.
Great food as always, service was a little slow this visit but still satisfaction! Always a great place for a cheesesteak on the way home!
Very tasty cheese steaks. Chicken tenders and large servings of fries were good. Sandwiches need to be picked up on the right window, everything else on the left window.
I can't visit New Jersey without making sure to cross over to Philly for an authentic cheesesteak!! Wow!!! So good! And Cheese Wiz fries? Wow!!
One of my favorite cheese steak places when I'm out east. A bit pricey but can't blame them for that
How can you not love Steve's? He IS the Prince right? American with... Amazing as always. And you gotta get the whiz fried from the other window. Be sure to order your fries right away. Their made to order so they gotta be in the oil close to 10 minutes. I love this place.
