Opted for pick-up, not a good experience. Cold and windy outside and the door to the restaurant was locked. The employee inside motioned for me to come in but made no effort to attend to the door. An employee arrived at the door after a delivery and when she realized that it was locked, she used the employee entrance, yet made no attempt to come around and open it for me. Eventually an employee came to the door and let me in. Both he and the manager apologized. I was cold and disgruntled. It was not a good experience. The food was just okay. It will take some time to consider another purchase from that location.
The order was correct. The delivery was on time, but the driver ignored the fact that I chose contactless delivery. I didn't want to be rude and start yelling through the door that I had selected contactless delivery so I opened the door. He gave my order. I thanked him and started to mention that I had selected contactless delivery but the driver was already halfway back to his car. I understand drivers not wanting to just leave orders out in the open like that but I'm very cautious of whom I come in contact with. I would not bring this matter up if it wasn't important to everyone involved.
