Ordered online for takeout and it was a smooth process. Order was waiting on a table for touchless pick up. Staff was friendly. The taste of the food was very good and so were the sauces. Had the brisket, chicken, ribs, and sausage. All had great flavor. My only disappointment was the portion size on the 2 meat platter. Would have liked to have more meat for the price paid.
Thanksgiving dinner fully prepared with all the fixings. It was amazing! Thank you for a lovely and easy Thanksgiving meal- there is a silver lining to 2020! We will definitely be eating here again 💗
I’ve been a Wister’s BBQ customer for almost 3 years as my job takes me to Jersey, NY and eastern PA on a weekly basis. Believe me when I say that this is the best BBQ joint out of all 3 states... and I’ve tried dozens over the years. I eat mostly a carnivore diet so I typically get the meat by the pound when I visit. The brisket is an A++ and some of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. I recommend getting the fatty sliced. Their pork and chicken are also top notch. My wife really enjoys the Sloppy Mess Sandwich, Fried Pickles, and Chicken and Cornbread Waffles. Their staff is very friendly and their service is also excellent. If you’re ever in the Lansdale area, do yourself a favor and try this place out!

Yesterday I passed by Wisters and decided to stop in and give it a try. Service was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Brisket was pretty darn awesome. Very flavorful and tender. The pulled pork was also very tasty and properly cooked. I was thrilled with the smoked/grilled wings as they were meaty and well worth the price and the hot bbq sauce I chose was nicely balanced with sweet and spicy notes. The St. Louis ribs could have used more time as they were somewhat tough but they (kind of)made up for it in flavors and meatiness. The collards seemed like an afterthought in the midst of good bbq but that’s pretty much average but still a negative since collards have so much more potential and I’m not sure what kind of laziness inspired serving a very dry very bland Mac n cheese that was obviously sub par. I will definitely be back to eat some more delicious BBQ!
Great brisket, ribs, and chicken... love the home made chicken tenders.. and the best is the smoked wings grilled!
Food is always great. Always something new on menu and always taste great. Would recommend to everyone.
