I love this chain and am overall pretty happy with this location. Overall my biggest complaint is that it just looks worn down. The owners need to invest some money into a deep cleaning, paint job, and updating some equipment and this place would be great. Nice, friendly employees, which is of course a big benefit.
Very good subs and chips. Fresh bread and toppings. The gals making the subs were efficient in their process of making the subs for multiple people. They were friendly and welcoming.
We enjoyed a quick lunch between appointments, having a #8 Jersey Giant sub, kettle chips, and a Coke. Good service!
The #6 and #8 were excellent. Was my first time there as I'm visiting from Arizona. The 2 employees that were working on 7-15-22 around 2pm were 2 of the MOST pleasant. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Kudos to your store and those 2 employees.
Absolutely amazing, the staff members were so helpful as it was my first time at jersey giants. The man with the black Nike hat greeted me with such a warm smile(under his mask of course) and he even described the different types of subs. The man topping the sub was so speedy and he decorated it like a beautiful painting. I got the Boss and it didn’t even fit in the bag! I will definitely be coming again. Stay tuned.
Had a great experience. They had been quite busy before my arrival and there was one person manning the station. I ordered for my wife and self and the gentleman was very patient [being that it was my first time there.]
Really good value on Saturday for half subs that come with a bag of chips and choice of drinks. 5 stars!
Friendly, very clean, they are generous with their meat. This Jersey Giant is the only one I go to on Jolly Rd. Keep up the great work. 😁
First time here. Huge sub with soft roll and a variety of meats. It's all cold cuts and very tasty. The deli woman sliced it into 2 halves so I could save the other half for later. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's lunch!
Visited for lunch, greeted by friendly staff. The #3 sub was so tasty, but they didnt have a fountain pop machine so we just got a bottled pop. The decor was very cool, old military photos and articles to look at while eating. This place is small but they werent busy so it wasnt an issue. Very happy with the experience overall, would definitely eat here again. Jersey Giant has the best subs out of any other sub shops.
Let me be the first to say that if you're looking for quality food this is what you need. The subs are amazing and huge as well. 15" subs make it easy to fill up and still have some for later. My personal favorite is "The Beasty" it's what I get the most. One of the few places I've been to where quality and quantity exist together.
Perfect place within walking distance from the house to get food. I've lived here for over a year now and it's definitely one of the best subs you can get in Lansing. Top that off with reasonable prices and you have a winner! Only suggestion I could make is bring back the spicy mustard! I loved that stuf!!
