I love going to this specific location. Every worker/staff is nice and has a smile on their faces when I walk in. I go in towards the evening so I am always greeted by Justin. He is an amazing and compassionate person who genuinely loves his job, and always serves the best coffee. I’ll forever go here. Already drank half before I got to work lol.
Love Biggby, always have. This one is no exception. Great servers, decent pace, my drink was exactly as ordered, and it's very convenient for needing to be downtown at the Capitol Plaza buildings for business.

Been coming here every day for the past month or so now, and I'd have to say I'm super impressed by the folks that work here. A couple of the gals who have been timing me up somehow remember what I get every day. Everyone is super friendly, and quick.

To Kimberly Magruder, or should I say Karen, you are the worst kind of person to deal with in customer service. The customer is NOT always right, if they were, the business would tank in months. The date on the coupon is there FOR A REASON, and no, you should not have it honored just because you feel entitled to it. These people don’t get paid enough to deal with people like you. Know your place.
Updated review: One of my favorite Biggby locations! There used to be a male barista, but now I usually see the same three female baristas. Regardless, all four have provided great service. They're quick to get you your order and they make a note of trying to remember you. Hope the owner treats theses workers well because they all deserve. Keep rockin'!
Barista knew exactly what I was talking about when I inquired about their drink special for the summer and made sure I knew all the customization options, as I don't usually go out for coffee. Super friendly and helpful!

I would recommend Strange Matter, just a few blocks away - though their sizes are smaller, their espresso is much more flavorful and they have these awesome freshly made pastries - but thats just personal preference.
Very polite barista, delicious coffee; I was here on a Sunday morning, so it wasn't too busy. Great place to hang out!

By far the best Biggby in the mid-mich area. Staff is super friendly and are helpful explaining drinks you may want to try. This one of the only Biggbys I go to.
Very friendly, not too quick in morning rush. Coffee and Lattes very good. Ham & cream cheese bagel my favorite breakfast when I stop in.
