I waited in line about 5 minutes, at noon. When one person moved away from the register to help a customer, another employee started taking and filling the next order. The line was fluid. GREAT customer service. And, I love this chicken!!

This restaurant used to be located in Portage Michigan which is near my home. I will drive more than an hour to eat here as the restaurant is not located for there from my house. It is the best chicken ever comma and healthy for you because it's not fried.
Personally I absolutely love the jalapeno ranch pita. Thier chicken is I believe, grill cooked to perfection. The chicken mixed with corn, onions, lettice and jalapeño ranch or any dressing they have to offer stuffed/over filling a pita. Love it...

**Update: What has happened to my fave chicken? Last few times over the past 12 months, small chicken pieces have been greatly overcooked (burnt wings & legs) and dry! I want my Ya-Ya's back the way it was - flavorful, moist, succulent and delicious.
Consistently good grilled chicken, we're big fans of the cold chicken Caesar salad. Wish the staff would be more accurate in packing orders and that they would wear masks.
