They forgot some toppings on a pizza and redelivered a correct one in less than a half hour, best pizza place in lansing, highly recommended

Pizza was very good for the money. 1st time I been to a Cottage Inn but I really liked it. I'd say similar to Happys and better than I expected it to be.
It's not really a dine in place, although there are tables. Best pizza in the area by far. Staff is always friendly. Pizza is fast from order to pick up. Slightly larger delivery area would be nice, but it's worth the drive to pick it up.
Hands down our favorite pizza shop here in Lansing. For years now we have enjoyed excellent customer service, ACCURATE orders and speedy deliveries. We feel we get a lot of bang for the buck with delicious choices and again from the delivery drivers to the associates at the counter everyone is so polite, friendly and outgoing. Our family always considers a Cottage Inn night a treat! Thanks CI!

Absolutely the best pizza anywhere! I got hooked on it when I lived in Lansing. Now I live about an hour away but once in awhile I will drive back to get that unbelievable Cuban Pizza!
Very good pizza! My wife and I did a pickup order. Still hot when we got back home 15min later. I will be ordering pizza here again. Just a heads up, doesn’t strike me as an eat-in restaurant, tables look small and not a “welcoming” environment. But I came for good pizza, and I got great pizza. 👌
Never been here before, came in town for a family function and there add was on the hotel plaqued. It was great! If your in the area definitely try this place! Great value, friendly staff, and had our food delivered in 30 min

I am a truck driver and was at the Loves travel stop for the night. Burgers didn't sound good, so I ordered pizza from Cottage Inn. They delivered it and it was a good pizza. I will definitely order from there again when I am up in the area again.

Got to know this staff really well. They deliver to the hotel I work at and to my home. They sign a voucher everytime they come into the hotel. This voucher requires 10 signatures (10 deliveries) and we get up to $20 worth of what ever items we choose. Every other pizza place only offers a large 1 topping pizza. And some of the drivers other places try to skate by the desk without signing our vouchers. The BBQ chicken pizza and the Philly Steak pizza are their best! Thank you cottage inn!
Being newer to the area we weren’t sure which pizza place would be good AND have prompt, decent delivery. Tried a couple other places and finally landed here. So happy we did. First order was like a trial run for us….just a larger pepperoni pizza delivered. Good size pie, good quality/taste and delivery was about 5 minutes quicker than the estimate. Just ordered from them tonight and got large pepperoni pizza, large italian sausage &green pepper, breadsticks and the apple cinnamon pizza pie. Very good pizzas, perfectly acceptable bread sticks (personably I like mine a little more done but that’s simply a personal preference thing) and the dessert pizza was very yummy! Delivery was about 5 minutes after estimated time is all and the delivery guy followed instructions on specific delivery. This will be our go to place for sure.
