I just had the best service I've ever had at this location. Granted, my burger was made wrong the first time, they we're quick to fix the issue. They apologized (which is huge), then they made sure that I understood that they would do everything in their power to correct it. They remade my burger fresh and to my specifications (with a smile). Good service is hard to come by, and I truly appreciate this experience.
It was Friday night and the place was packed. So I knew things would take awhile. The waitress was very friendly. And the food was good.
We brought our grandson their for his six birthday after Disney on Ice.. He just loved it. esp the birithday cake milkshake. We love the sourdough pattymelt but with pepper jack cheese and grilled onions. Yum.The service is alway top there. even the drive through is great all the time.
Great food always prepared hot and fresh!! There’s no inside dining which might be a leftover policy from Covid-19 concerns, but I ate outside at the picnic table! I had a kid’s Steak Burger with Cheese, Fries, and a Root-beer! Only $4.99!!! Perfect for that afternoon “light bite!”
Yeah it's true the lobby could be cleaner but the food was fresh and attractive. The fries were crispy and the shake was full and delicious.
Staff bust their butts too get out fresh Qaulity food. Shakes are very good and steak burgers are very good. Have patience when you go because they make everything fresh. One ☝🏾 of my favorite restaurants to go too.
The kiosks sitting in the corner with no cashier to actually talk to kind of gives me a dystopian vibe, not gonna lie, but the food was made pretty quickly and was reasonably priced. Tasted good, too.
Our particular waitress wasn't very attentive. I had to flag down another service staff to get a refill. All other service staff was very friendly. The food is very tasty, but the shakes are what you come here for. And the fries. Oh, and the price. This is actually a great burger restaurant.
Garlic double steak is a great yummy filling sandwich. Gave the pup a cup of whipped cream. She loved it!!! Nice lady, service went quickly
This location was incredible! My family and I happened to be the last customer's of the day but somehow our order was missed. Before I could state "it was no big deal and we'll try another night" they instructed me to pull up front, gave my family's meal free, and apologized for the wait on our food even though they didn't HAVE to stay open longer for that. I can't speak for all acts of kindness but this one was received and much appreciated from 2 adults and 4 kiddos. Much love to Van & the staff of this location. Keep up the good work and thank you!
Friendly staff. Had to order from the kiosk only which I don't prefer for a dine in experience. Food was made to order and was made correctly.
The restaurant itself was dirty. We chose the least dirty table to eat at. Only negative of the experience minus my personal opinion about the kiosk.

It's been years since I've been to a steak and shake and I wasn't expecting all the exciting new changes! I'm glad to see they did away with employees having to wear hair nets, so restrictive! I also see they've taken the burden of cleaning the eating area off the employees aswell, having to whipe down my own table really reminds me of childhood chores. The quality of the food dropped significantly, adding a very "waffle house" vibe to the place when paired with the sheer filth of the building, very bold and exciting aesthetic choices! The front door was perfumed thoroughly by the managers weed saturated car, and the whole building was saranaded by the kitchens blasting music. I always love to know what the cooks like to listen too. It did have to stop for a moment while one of the cooks took a very loud call from the secretary of state, I'm sure it was important tho! And at the end we got to witness a stimulating dialog as the staff trash talked another coworker while sitting in the booth closest to the door. What a wonderful monday lunch scene, I'd recommend bringing kids!
It was cool the little Dusty girl at the drive-thru she had an attitude. Other than that the food was straight.
