Just went through the Duncan drive thru and Jeffery was so patient while taking our order. We don’t often get coffee at Duncan Donuts, so we had several questions. I’ve definitely had some bad experiences here before, but today there were a good amount of people who were all very helpful. Jamie reminded me to get more points and Bentley is the best. Glad to see this place doing better.

Order was perfect, several different things all were correct . Russell is here on a busy Sunday around 730am working the entire store alone. Drive thru and inside juggling everything. . Hes doing one amazing job dealing with all of that alone. 10 stars for Russell .
