I loved it. I just drove by it on my way home tonight. It's on South Cedar, a bit south of Mount Hope on the West side of the street. They were willing to make eggs for me at 8:45 PM. They were mixed with chorizo, onions, green peppers and jalapenos and just great. They made the corn tortillas from scratch!!
You will enjoy it! If you are in Lansing, you owe it to yourself to stop by this food truck!!

Some say their food is authentic... This is THE REAL DEAL!! My steak burrito was amazing, the chorizo so good and the guacamole OMG!! Hubby loved your salsa and your juices that you make so delicious! Coming back often!!!

Very amazing Street food for its price and quality! Amazing family owned shop with a variety of options to try and experience! I'm a vegetarian and they were very accommodating!!! We had to order twice after our first order, sauce was amazing as well! If we've started in Atitlan longer than a day, we'll definitely go back!
We ordered several different tacos and quesadillas and everything was delicious! Salsas were spicy and we love that! Service was awesome. We will be coming back for sure.
We stopped to eat here because a friend's told my husband that the Barria Tacos we're the best. We ordered the Barria Tacos with shredded beef. They did not disappoint. The food was very good. The people were friendly. Yes, I would eat there again. We did think that the price was a little high.

As someone who loves rice + beans, I get disappointed that most places treat these essential side dishes as an afterthought instead of cooking them with the same care as the entrées.
Fantastic food, literally can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, it’s all incredible. Been somewhat consistently for the past year and it is easily on my partner and I’s go-to list for whenever we wanna get take-out

I’m a pescatarian so I didn’t find much options for me but I found this truck while looking for elotes in the area. Very convenient. The gentleman at the register was extremely nice. I ended up getting my corn and a horchata. Both of which were ready in a timely manner, and very delicious. Will definitely try again
I ate Tipas taco, carnitas taco, 3 birria taco dinner. That was the best mexican food that I have ever had! It was freaking good😋
