Drive thru late night snack turned out perfect. Crispy delicious fries, awesome mozzarella sticks, and a classic roast beef. Great job night crew killing it for me!
Bit of a wait for food, but our order was "cooked to order". Burger and bacon chicken sandwich were great, fries a bit old, chicken tenders were juicy.
Had a online order it was all correct and quick, women behind counter rude and.short with me like I' was bothering her .
THE DINING ROOM WAS A LITTLE IN DISARRAY AFTER LUNCH. THE STAFF AND FOOD ARE GREAT. THEY WORK HARD ON LIMITED MANPOWER, AN UPPER MANAGEMENT ISSUE.
Jessie came from the back from making sandwiches to take my order and was very polite! When he finished ringing me up, he WASHED HIS HANDS and gloved up to make the order! I know that's what you're supposed to do, but we all know everybody isn't! It's the little things! THANK YOU SIR! (Found out later he was the manager! Culture comes from the top down! 👍🏾❤)

Fast and good service, repeats order back to ensure accuracy, asks for condiments, good food. This has been the experience over a dozen visits.
Couldn't ask for more from a fast food restaurant, definitely one of the best fast food locations in the lansing area. Even if you go to the burger king next door you'll definitely notice a huge difference in service.

Great food, great service. Yesterday I ordered a wrap and had to swap it out for the bread version. It was delicious, and no problem with staff. Professional and courteous.

When the right people are working the food is great. But sometimes the presentation is horrible and the potato cakes will he old and or cold.. Also gal that works drive thru obviously does not like her job.. She needs to step up her customer service...
