I understand is new people but they need to train them better, this guy didn’t even as which bagel we want, he just put anything, they didn’t even ask if we want the ice cream in a cup or cone nasty attitude, never coming back is like 10 people and none of them are train good enough to do costumer
Just wanted ice cream. It was not prepacked so that add 10min to pack. while we waited in drive thru pulled up. They served at least 10 other cars after this long wait we reversed asking for refund they slowly got the ice cream together and gave it to me. So they have absolutely no urgency.
Dunkin Donuts is overall always good, but some locations are hit and miss with things that I like. Dunkachinos are good, but at some places they taste like they need to change the product bag. With the coconut milk refreshers some places put in too much fruit flavor and some places put in too much
Came in the door stood at the counter said hello no one responded there were employees hustling and bustling all over the place no one acknowledged my presence there was one guy there that was cleaning up he said hello he saw that I was waiting after saying hello again he said excuse me ma'am someo
These five stars are for the worker with the dreads that was working the window and kitchen area while I was dashing, she needs a promotion! ☺️ the rest of the staff was rude and mean looking
I do not understand why staff is afraid to tell the customers at drive thru to park in separate area when a lot of food is ordered or a specialty has to be prepared. Understand that people are trying to get in and out - and don't have time to wait 15min for the vehicle ahead of you.
Fast and friendly. I just wish they fix that big ole pot hole in the parking lot. Also learn to wipe the cups off. Always handing me a drink with the coffee running down the sides. So irritating when you go and take a sip of an ice coffee drink and end up with it on your shirt.
This is the best Dunkin donuts. They say good morning and thank you. If you wait long they will give you a free donut. I love the staff and consistent flavor of my coffee
