Took 35 mins in drive through for food that I ordered for Lobby Pick Up. Pulled up to window and they told me to come in after the doors were locked. They finally opened the door for me and had to wait 30mins more. Mike the owner was walking around doing nothing while his 3 employees where busting
I should have about 9, 1 star reviews for this place. Apparently it is difficult for staff to follow my food order, every. single. time. It’s always a surprise to see what’s in the bag when we get home! I am hungry for what I ordered.

Food was excellent. Used the drive-thru which is SLOW. However, the young lady at the drive-up window was so good at her job. Friendly, calm when customers weren't (out of chicken strips) & just plain nice. Would have 5 starred but inside was slow filling orders. But my order was right, fresh & hot.
Ordered 3 10 piece boxes of chicken strips and other sides. When I got home I had 2 boxes of chicken. Popeyes is 10 miles away I am not driving back. On top of that I ask for honey mustard and was informed they had no dipping sauces. The operation of this location is a joke.
I had an overall great experience. The manager was able to get me exactly what I requested the last time I was there. I highly do recommend this place. There chicken is prepped really good and fresh.
Very happy with the service and the meal was exquisite. Customer service was exceptional with couple staff members who actually took time to ask if you are enjoying your meal and if there is anything they can assist with please ask. I will surely visit again and will encourage folks to stop in. LOVE
This is far and away the worst Popeyes’s I have ever been to, possible the worst in the franchise. Ever since the new management took over, the quality service has plummeted. I have continued to come back, giving them the benefit of the doubt that the sub-standard service was due to short staffing.
Actually we were very pleased with our visit! The food was fresh and very tasty. We had to wait a few minutes for one of the side dishes we ordered which we were told when we ordered that side. We were offered 2 free drinks of our choices while we waited. Very friendly employees and excellent servic
