Great food & service with a smile! The staff always has the customers best intrust in mind.
I just had my wedding shower and used Dagwoods and Blondies for ALL our desserts and all my family and friends were so incredibly impressed of how delicious everything tasted and how beautiful everything looked as well. We got the cake balls, chocolate covered Oreos, peanut butter balls and white chocolate pretzels. The desserts were a hit, thank you so much!!!!
Best food in town. I love the bacon and lettuce on sour dough bread and everything is organic.

Wonderful sandwiches, soup, and a variety of salads!! Lots of different sweet treats too. Something for everybody. Fast service as well . Good food fast!!
Wonderful customer service and food. The sandwiches were delicious and fresh. My daughter spilt her juice and they gave her another free after helping me clean up the mess and let her keep what was left in her 1st juice. I was embarassed, but felt no judgement. The girl who waited on us was amazing. Thank you! We will be back again.

Amazing food, my friend is a pescatarian, he had the albacore tuna sandwich with the poblano & white cheddar soup. I enjoyed a vegetarian sandwich with turkey on a great whole grain bread. They have a build your own sandwich menu so everything works! The food is friendly both in the serving size and the price. 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup was $7.41

Revisited Dagwood, another fantastic lunch. They now have a bakery area in the front of the store. The fresh baked breads are delicious and there are enough sweets for sale in “ Blondies” area of the store to satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth, ice cream too!!
So to recap the best of both worlds local fresh sandwiches organic and delish with the option of some sweets, enjoy!
By far the best place in town! The modern caprese sandwich is amazing!! But everything there is great so you really can't go wrong.. The owners are so nice too, love this place!

This place is phenomenal. Its my new go-to place for lunch. Great prices for the quality and portions! I get a whole sandwich and cup of soup and have half for lunch one day and the other half the next day. The bread is amazing and comes from a bakery at the front of the store, the produce is organic and the soup is homemade. Not to mention the service is super quick and the staff is so sweet! Great place all around <3
Even though we’ve lived in Lapeer for nearly nine years, this was my first visit to Dagwood’s. Man! Fresh ingredients, amazing soups (made there and served until they’re gone for the day), and a small-town aesthetic made this luncheon delicious and memorable. Tried the sirloin, potato and ale soup ... smooth, hearty and balanced. And their chicken salad on Saskatoon Prairie sees bread (from Crust in Fenton) toasted with their spinach artichoke spread... yeah. It’s that good. And all for under $8.

Good food. Great soup. I'm not a soup guy, but I'll get it from here. Had lasagna soup with my mad cow sandwich. Fantastic, and the sandwich had flavor.
They have Gluten free options!! The Downtown Avacado was delicious! 😋
One of my favorite places to eat. :) The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. I come once in a while (I live about 30 minutes from there), and they always treat me like family, even though they probably don't remember me. LOL. The sandwiches and salads are amazing. Soups are always top notch as well! I had the ahi tuna tacos today for the first time (usually get the Downtowner). My goodness they were incredible. Give them your money; you won't regret it.
