Reviews of Starbucks

Coffee is usually good, and most of the servers are kind but there are a handful that seem like they hate their life and it's their mission to make you hate yours as well. Which is unfortunate because like I said most of them are kind and friendly and will offer up alternative suggestions when what I order is not available. But like with anything it only takes one to ruin many.

It's pretty and clean and the people are polite. Every single one of their flavored or foofoo beverages has ingredients that trigger migraines for me, even the so-called natural ones. Decent food. Regular coffee is fine, they do have plain sugar and almond milk, which is helpful as long as its not mixed with the other additives. Overall pretty expensive considering they're using artificial additives as much as they do, high end prices you'd think the ingredients would be high end also, but nope.

I’ve been in this Starbucks multiple times and have always had fast service. The only complaint that I would have is the amount of time it takes the baristas at the front (serving coffee) is to acknowledge you when you walk inside the store. For example, the restroom was out of toilet paper and the baristas serving did not want to acknowledge anyone trying to make eye contact with them and I’m sure one barista heard me and ignored me. The first barista to acknowledge me regarding the lack of toilet paper was the sweet barista that first waited on me. Starbucks is clean and the coffee is hot and tasty. The last visit they did not have the ingredients for a Caramel Frappe, but they tried to make something similar for my son that tasted close to that. You can dine inside or outside or get your beverages and tasty cakes through the drive thru. To get in line for this drive thru takes some Jedi skillz and the line is sometimes long, but it is with it. The bathroom is clean. The interior isn’t as comfortable as the location in Grand Bianc, but this store is definitely worthy of five stars.
